包头地区中等职业学校“双师型”教师队伍建设研究

【摘要】:要想办好一所学校,教师的团队精神、教学水平、师德修养非常重要。“双师型”教师是职业学校教师的主力军。“双师型”教师对于职业学校学生职业生涯规划、理论知识的掌握、理实知识的衔接及实践操作动手能力的培养,起到了举足轻重的作用。搞好职业学校“双师型”教师队伍建设,关系到能否真正为经济社会的发展培养合格的高素质劳动者和技能型人才,关系到中等职业教育的可持续发展。近年来,国家对于职业教育越来越重视先后颁布了《教育部关于“十一五”期间加强中等职业教师队伍建设的意见》、《教育部关于进一步深化中等职业教育教学改革的若干意见》、《中等职业教育改革创新行动计划(2010-2012年)》等文件。这些文件的颁发,对于对于我们包头市的职业教育乃至全国职业教育都起到了指导性作用。2008年,我市整合教育资源、新建职业教育园区,因此笔者认为,园区的建立必定会需要大量的职业教师尤其是专业课教师。因此对目前的包头市师资队伍现状尤其是“双师型”教师队伍,,做了调查研究,找出我是职业教育师资队伍建设目前存在的问题,设想今后我市“双师型”教师队伍努力的方向。 下面是本篇文开展论述的几个部分: 第一部分,提出问题。近年来国家对职业教育非常重视,教师队伍的建设也不例外,论文的第一部分主要提出了笔者为什么要研究包头市的“双师型”教师队伍建设的问题,并研究了国外职业教师队伍建设的先进经验,结合我国一些专家学者的研究思路,阐明自己的研究方法; 第二部分,界定概念。对于“双师型”教师这个概念,很多地区,很多老师的认识是片面的,本章就几种错误的理解予以更正并阐述了自己对于“双师型”教师内涵的理解; 第三部分,包头市现状。以包头市整合后的5所职业学校为例,调查、分析了包头市的“双师型”教师队伍建设情况; 第四部分,通过对5所职业学校的问卷调查,找到了影响我市“双师型”教师队伍建设的症结; 第五部分,提出对于富有建设性的包头市“双师型”教师队伍建设的意见。
[Abstract]:In order to run a school well, the teacher's team spirit, teaching level, teacher moral accomplishment is very important. Double-qualified teachers are the main force of teachers in vocational schools. The "double-qualified" teachers play an important role in the vocational school students' career planning, the mastery of theoretical knowledge, the convergence of practical knowledge and the cultivation of practical ability. The construction of "double-qualified" teachers in vocational schools is related to the cultivation of qualified workers and skilled personnel for the development of economy and society, and to the sustainable development of secondary vocational education. In recent years The State has attached more and more importance to vocational education by promulgating the opinions of the Ministry of Education on strengthening the Construction of Secondary Vocational Teachers during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan, and on the further deepening of the reform of secondary vocational education by the Ministry of Education. Comments, the Action Plan for the Reform of Secondary Vocational Education (2010-2012) and other documents. The issuance of these documents has played a guiding role in our vocational education in Baotou and even in the whole country. In 2008, our city integrated educational resources and built a new vocational education park. The establishment of the park will definitely require a large number of professional teachers, especially professional teachers. Therefore, the present situation of the teaching staff in Baotou City, especially the "double-qualified" teachers, has been investigated and studied to find out the problems existing in the construction of the teaching staff of vocational education. Imagine the direction of our city's "double-qualified" teachers in the future. The following are several parts of this paper: the first part, asking questions. In recent years, the country attaches great importance to vocational education, and the construction of teachers is no exception. The first part of the paper mainly raises why the author should study the construction of "double qualified" teachers in Baotou City. It also studies the advanced experience of foreign vocational teachers' team construction, and clarifies its own research methods combined with the research ideas of some experts and scholars in our country; the second part, defines the concept. For the concept of "double-qualified" teachers, many teachers in many areas, the understanding of many teachers is one-sided. This chapter corrects several wrong understandings and expounds their understanding of the connotation of "double-qualified" teachers; part three, The present situation of Baotou City. Taking five vocational schools in Baotou City as an example, the paper analyzes the construction of "double qualified" teachers in Baotou City, the fourth part, through the questionnaire survey of 5 vocational schools, The author finds out the crux of the construction of the "double qualified" teachers in our city, and the fifth part puts forward some suggestions for the constructive construction of the "double qualified" teachers in Baotou city.
