高职院校毕业生就业质量研究

【摘要】:就业是民生之本。我国高等教育从精英阶段走向大众化阶段,高等学校毕业生的就业问题已经引起了社会各个层面的非常关注。据有关资料统计,高等职业教育已占据我国高等教育的半壁江山。高职院校毕业生的就业问题直接影响到高等职业教育的健康发展,影响到我国高等教育的发展,影响到我国高等教育大众化进程。基于这样的现实背景,本文以高职院校毕业生就业质量为主题,主要以CM职业技术学院毕业生就业质量为样本进行实证分析,探讨高职院校毕业生就业质量问题。 首先对就业以及就业质量相关理论和研究进行了综述,在借鉴吸收已有成果的基础上,构建了高职院校毕业生就业质量评价体系。在此基础上,通过对CM职业技术学院近5年来的毕业生进行书面或电子问卷调查。调查问卷主要围绕“工作条件”、“劳动关系”、“社会保险”和“工作满意度”四个维度进行了设计,在对收集回的调查问卷进行初步数据整理的基础上,分析了高职院校毕业生就业质量总体呈现出稳步上升的良好趋势,并进一步对八个评价指标进行了单独的分析,得出本文的结论:总体上看,高职院校毕业生就业质量还有很大的上升空间。 降低高职院校毕业生就业质量的主要因素有:一是工作稳定性不高、二是工作时间过长、三是社会保障不到位等问题。根据实证分析结论,笔者提出解决高职院校毕业生就业问题是一个复杂的系统工程,需要政府、学校、毕业生等三方的共同努力。政府方面的主要职责是要加大就业支持力度,完善就业扶持政策;学校的职责是要提高人才培养质量,提高就业指导水平;毕业生自身要转变就业观念、提高就业能力。 同时,由于问卷样本数量有限,而且只涉及了CM职业技术学院,样本的多样性有限,得到的数据能够基本反映该院的毕业生就业质量现状,但是要反映整个湖南省甚至全国高职院校毕业生的就业质量状况,代表性还不够。这也是本文研究存在的一个缺陷。下一步要进一步充实样本数量,增加样本多样性,改进评价方法。上面对近5年来的就业质量进行了一个整体分析,现在,将就业质量的八个评价指标进行单独分析,观察它们的变化趋势及反映出的问题。
[Abstract]:Employment is the foundation of the people's livelihood. Higher education in China is moving from the elite stage to the popular stage. The employment of college graduates has aroused great concern from all levels of society. According to relevant statistics, higher vocational education has occupied half of China's higher education. The employment of college graduates has a direct impact on higher education. The healthy development of vocational education affects the development of higher education in China and the popularization of higher education in China. Based on such a realistic background, this paper takes the employment quality of graduates from higher vocational colleges as the theme, mainly takes the employment quality of graduates from CM vocational and technical colleges as the sample for empirical analysis, and discusses the employment of graduates from higher vocational colleges. Quality problems.
Firstly, the relevant theories and Research on employment and employment quality are summarized. On the basis of drawing lessons from the existing achievements, the evaluation system of employment quality of graduates in higher vocational colleges is constructed. On this basis, a written or electronic questionnaire survey is conducted on the graduates of CM Vocational and Technical College in the past five years. Conditions, labor relations, social insurance and job satisfaction are designed. Based on the preliminary data collected from the questionnaire, this paper analyzes the overall employment quality of vocational college graduates showing a good trend of steady increase, and further separates the eight evaluation indicators. Through the analysis, the conclusion of this paper is drawn: on the whole, the employment quality of vocational college graduates still has a lot of room for improvement.
The main factors to reduce the employment quality of graduates in Higher Vocational Colleges are: first, the job stability is not high; second, the working time is too long; third, the social security is not in place. According to the empirical analysis, the author puts forward that solving the employment problem of graduates in higher vocational colleges is a complex system engineering, which needs the government, schools, graduates and other three parties. The main responsibility of the government is to increase employment support and improve employment support policies; the responsibility of the school is to improve the quality of personnel training and improve the level of employment guidance; and the graduates themselves should change their employment concept and improve their employment ability.
At the same time, because the sample size of the questionnaire is limited and only involves CM Vocational and Technical College, the diversity of the sample is limited, the data obtained can basically reflect the quality of employment of graduates in this college, but it is not representative enough to reflect the quality of employment of graduates in Hunan Province and even the whole country. There is a defect. The next step is to further enrich the sample size, increase sample diversity, and improve the evaluation method. The above analysis of the quality of employment in the past five years has been a whole. Now, the eight evaluation indicators of the quality of employment are analyzed separately to observe their trends and reflect the problems.
