广东LD职业学院双师素质教学团队建设研究

【摘要】:高职院校的办学定位和人才培养目标指向决定了高职院校教师队伍的规格要求,为适应创新型国家对高技能人才的新要求,高职教育发展战略实现了由规模扩张向内涵建设的重大变化。首要任务是要强化师资队伍建设,建设一支适应人才培养模式改革需要,并能组织实施各项改革任务的“双师结构”专兼职相结合的“双师素质”教学团队,从而为高职教育科学发展建立坚强的人力资源保障。 广东LD职业学院是地处广东欠发达地区一所地方政府主办的高职院校,积极研究教师队伍建设课题,在探索中走出一条有自己特色的“双师素质”教学团队建设之路,是该校实现内涵发展的迫切需要。 本文以广东省LD职业学院“双师素质”教学团队建设为研究对象,以人力资源管理学理论、高职教育理论等为指导,综合运用文献研究法、社会调查法、统计分析法、人员访谈法和案例分析法,全面分析研究广东LD职业学院“双师素质”教学团队建设的主要措施、团队状况、存在的主要问题及其原因,提出该校“双师素质”教学团队建设要坚持六大原则:师德为王、育人为本原则;校企合作、工学结合原则;整合资源、专兼结合原则;名师为先、全面推进原则;相对稳定、个性发展原则和责任明晰、薪酬激励原则;同时强调要不断完善“双师素质”教学团队建设的机制,通过完善团队发展政策和制度、制定明确的教学团队目标、分专业群建立合理的教学团队、开展深度的校企合作、积极营造和谐的团队文化精神等五大措施,全面提高“双师素质”教学团队建设水平。
[Abstract]:The orientation of higher vocational colleges and the goal of personnel training determine the standard requirements of teachers in higher vocational colleges and universities, in order to adapt to the new requirements of innovative countries for highly skilled talents. The development strategy of higher vocational education has realized the significant change from scale expansion to connotation construction. The first task is to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff, to build a teaching team which can meet the needs of the reform of the talent training mode, and can organize the "double division structure" which combines the "double teacher structure" with the "double teacher quality" teaching team, which can carry out all the reform tasks. So as to establish a strong human resources guarantee for the scientific development of higher vocational education. Guangdong LD Vocational College is a higher vocational college sponsored by a local government in underdeveloped areas of Guangdong Province. It actively studies the subject of teachers' team construction, and finds a way to build a teaching team with its own characteristics of "double teachers' quality" in the course of exploration. It is the urgent need of realizing the connotation development of the school. This paper takes the teaching team construction of "double teachers' quality" in Guangdong LD Vocational College as the research object, taking the theory of human resources management and the theory of higher vocational education as the guidance, synthetically applies the literature research method, the social investigation method, the statistical analysis method, etc. Personnel interview method and case analysis method, comprehensive analysis and study of Guangdong LD Vocational College "double teacher quality" teaching team building measures, team status, the main problems and their causes, It is pointed out that the construction of the teaching team of "double teachers' quality" should adhere to six principles: the principle of teachers' morality as the king, the principle of educating people as the first, the principle of cooperation between school and enterprise, the principle of combining work and study, the principle of integrating resources, the principle of combination of specialization and combination; The principle of personality development, the principle of clear responsibility, the principle of salary incentive, and the emphasis on perfecting the mechanism of teaching team building of "double teachers' quality", making clear teaching team goal by perfecting the policy and system of team development, Five measures, such as establishing reasonable teaching team, carrying out deep cooperation between schools and enterprises and actively creating harmonious team culture spirit, can improve the construction level of teaching team with "double teachers' quality" in an all-round way.
