混合所有制职业院校治理的制度环境

【摘要】：制度环境影响着混合所有制职业院校的治理。齐齐哈尔工程学院是混合所有制职业院校的典型代表。通过对齐齐哈尔工程学院的个案分析发现:齐齐哈尔工程学院的治理既遵循传统,又有所创新;齐齐哈尔工程学院的治理受产权明晰、市场竞争、政府控制、文化认同等制度环境的影响;齐齐哈尔工程学院的治理既受制度环境的约束,还是行动者算计的结果。
[Abstract]:The institutional environment affects the governance of vocational colleges and universities under mixed ownership. Qiqihar Engineering College is a typical representative of mixed ownership vocational colleges. Through the case analysis of Qiqihar Institute of Engineering, it is found that the governance of Qiqihar Engineering College not only follows the tradition, but also has some innovation; the governance of Qiqihar Engineering College is controlled by clear property rights, market competition and government control. The governance of Qiqihar Institute of Engineering is not only restricted by the institutional environment, but also the result of calculation by the actors.
