建筑行业视域下“工匠精神”的内涵特质及培育进路

【摘要】：在认清建筑行业培育"工匠精神"的当代价值和深远意义基础上,根据建筑行业特点,概括提炼出建筑行业"工匠精神"的内涵特质,提出发挥职业教育的先行作用,为培育建筑行业"工匠精神"夯实基础;发挥建筑企业的主体作用,助力"工匠精神"成为建筑人的自觉追求;发挥建筑行业协会的先导作用,弘扬"工匠精神"的时代风尚的培育建议。
[Abstract]:On the basis of recognizing the contemporary value and far-reaching significance of cultivating "artisans' spirit" in the construction industry, according to the characteristics of the construction industry, this paper summarizes the connotative characteristics of the "craftsman's spirit" in the construction industry, and puts forward that the leading role of vocational education should be brought into play. In order to cultivate the "craftsman spirit" of the construction industry and consolidate the foundation, give play to the main role of the construction enterprise, help the "craftsman spirit" to become the conscious pursuit of the builders, give play to the leading role of the construction industry association, Carry forward the "craftsman spirit" of the times fashion cultivation suggestions.
