高职院校学生职业能力培养定位及其意义

【摘要】:高职院校学生职业能力的全面培养与训练,涉及高职院校培养目标的定位、专业课程设置、教学策略、教学环境、设施的建立、教师的综合职业能力以及办学模式等诸方面因素。而制约这些因素的根基在于高职院校是否从社会、企业发展的角度去培养学生的职业能力,以发展的教育培训理念和动态的教学和评价策略,培养学生主动适应环境、适应社会、适应未来的工作岗位所需要的综合职业能力。从职业能力认知论起,通过中高职学生的就业差异比较,阐述在企业用人导向需求下,高职学生职业能力培养方向及其意义,供专家、读者、同仁进行交流与切磋。
[Abstract]:The overall cultivation and training of students' vocational ability in higher vocational colleges involves the orientation of training objectives, the establishment of professional courses, teaching strategies, teaching environment and facilities. The comprehensive professional ability of teachers and the mode of running a school. The foundation of restricting these factors lies in whether higher vocational colleges train students' vocational ability from the angle of social and enterprise development, train students' initiative to adapt to the environment by developing educational training idea and dynamic teaching and evaluation strategy. To adapt to the society, to adapt to the future job needs of the comprehensive professional ability. From the cognitive theory of vocational ability, through the comparison of the employment difference of the middle and high vocational students, this paper expounds the direction and significance of the vocational ability training of higher vocational students under the demand of enterprise employment orientation, for the exchange and discussion among experts, readers and colleagues.
