大理州中职学校学生社会主义核心价值观教育研究

【摘要】：在中职学校的教育教学工作中,对学生进行社会主义核心价值观的教育,是学校思想政治教育工作的中心环节。我们只有以社会主义核心价值观为引领,才能培养出合乎社会主义事业发展要求的合格建设者和可靠接班人。从大理州中职学校的情况看,中职学校的学生,是大理州乃至滇西地区未来发展的技能型人才和产业发展骨干,是大理州建设滇西中心城市,促进地方社会经济发展的力量源泉。在中职学校学生中进行社会主义核心价值观教育,关乎中职学校学生素质的全面发展,关乎大理地区各民族的团结与进步。因此,培育具有社会主义核心价值观意识的中职学生,是边疆民族地区实现中国梦的人才基础,是国家繁荣富强的希望。本文从中职学校学生思想政治教育工作的角度出发,紧紧围绕社会主义核心价值观教育这一根本问题,运用个案分析和实证研究的方法,以及对部分师生的实际访谈,主要探讨了大理州中职学校学生社会主义核心价值观教育的现状、存在的问题、以及如何实施更为有效的教育问题。针对生活在互联时代的中职学生的实际,通过综合调查分析,进一步阐释了中职学校学生培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的对策措施。对于少数民族地区中职学校进行社会主义核心价值观的教学方式研究,具有一定的实用价值;对于青少年群体的社会主义核心价值观教育具有补充作用。
[Abstract]:In the education and teaching work of secondary vocational schools, the education of socialist core values for students is the central link of ideological and political education in schools. Only guided by socialist core values can we cultivate qualified builders and reliable successors who meet the requirements of socialist development. Judging from the situation of secondary vocational schools in Dali prefecture, the students of secondary vocational schools are the technical talents and the backbone of industrial development in Dali prefecture and even the western Yunnan region in the future, and they are also the central cities of Dali prefecture to build western Yunnan. To promote the local social and economic development of the source of strength. The education of socialist core values among the students of secondary vocational schools is related to the all-round development of students' quality and the unity and progress of all nationalities in Dali area. Therefore, the cultivation of secondary vocational students with socialist core values consciousness is the talent base for the realization of Chinese Dream in frontier ethnic areas and the hope for the prosperity and strength of the country. From the point of view of the ideological and political education of students in secondary vocational schools, this paper focuses on the fundamental problem of socialist core values education, using the method of case analysis and empirical research, as well as the actual interviews with some teachers and students. This paper mainly discusses the present situation, existing problems, and how to carry out more effective education of students' socialist core values in secondary vocational schools in Dali Prefecture. According to the reality of secondary vocational school students living in the age of interconnection, this paper, through comprehensive investigation and analysis, further explains the countermeasures and measures to cultivate and practice the socialist core values of students in secondary vocational schools. The study on the teaching methods of socialist core values in secondary vocational schools in minority areas has certain practical value and is complementary to the education of socialist core values for youth groups.
