高职院校的德育课教学研究

【摘要】:高职院校的德育课教学是高职院校德育工作中的重要组成部分,担负着为国家培养高素质应用型和技能型人才的重要任务。现阶段高职院校的德育课教学工作已经取得了长足进步,但是仍然存在着诸多问题,主要有对高校德育重视程度不够、德育教学内容及教学方法过于陈旧、德育课教学理论与实践相脱节、德育课教学评价体系缺乏创新等。形成高职院校德育课教学问题的主要原因是学校、社会对德育缺乏理性认识、专职德育教师师资力量较薄弱、社会德育环境欠佳,学生对德育课缺乏兴趣、高校学生生源素质良莠不齐,教学难度较大等。如何改进高职院校德育课教学,本文就以上问题提出了深化对学生德育的认识,提高高职院校德育的地位、凝聚德育课教学人才,打造一支优秀的德育队伍、优化创新教学理念,深化改革教学方法、完善德育教学评价体系,增强德育课教学的实效性、加大德育宣传,使德育信息化、全面化和以人为本,将德育付诸于实践,为学生树立模范作用六项可行性对策,以观其效。
[Abstract]:The teaching of moral education in higher vocational colleges is an important part of moral education in higher vocational colleges and shoulders the important task of cultivating high quality applied and skilled talents for the country. At present, the teaching of moral education in higher vocational colleges has made great progress, but there are still many problems, such as insufficient attention to moral education in colleges and universities, too old teaching contents and teaching methods of moral education. The theory of moral education is out of touch with practice, and the evaluation system of moral education is short of innovation. The main reasons for the teaching problems of moral education in higher vocational colleges are the lack of rational understanding of moral education in the society, the weakness of full-time moral education teachers, the poor social moral education environment, and the students' lack of interest in moral education. The quality of college students is mixed, and the teaching is difficult. How to improve the teaching of moral education in higher vocational colleges is put forward in this paper to deepen the understanding of students' moral education, to improve the status of moral education in higher vocational colleges, to pool the teaching talents of moral education, and to build an excellent moral education team. Optimizing and innovating the teaching idea, deepening the reform of teaching method, perfecting the evaluation system of moral education teaching, strengthening the actual effect of moral education teaching, increasing moral education propaganda, making moral education information, comprehensive and people-oriented, putting moral education into practice. Six feasible countermeasures for students to set up exemplary role in order to observe its effect.
