新时期我国农村职业教育的发展目标研究

【摘要】：建国以来我国职业教育迅速发展，随着近年国家对新农村建设和“三农”问题越来越关注，，农村职业教育逐步引起学术界和社会各界的广泛关注和重视。党的十七大制定了关于转变我国国民经济发展方式的重要方针，我国经济社会进入新时期，工业化进入新阶段，产业结构调整和城镇化加快。农村职业教育作为教育和经济的结合部，可以有效地提高就业率、促进剩余劳动力转移、提供人力支撑，在整个社会中与经济发展的关系最为密切和直接。加强农村职业教育的研究有利于农村职业教育的发展。但是相较于其他教育形式，研究农村职业教育的论文和专著较少。建国以来我国农村职业教育在不同的历史时期，有不同的发展和变革。研究我国农村职业教育的发展变迁，对于当前经济形势下农村职业教育的发展将具有重要意义。本论文通过梳理新中国成立以来我国农村职业教育的发展变迁，分析总结我国农村职业教育的发展与社会经济发展的关系，根据不同历史阶段农村职业教育的发展策略和办学模式，总结其特点，结合新时期的社会经济发展状况，重新认识农村职业教育的内涵，对当下农村职业教育的发展提供对策建议。论文主体分四个部分，先回顾建国以来我国农村职业教育的发展历程，总结经验启示，再分析当前经济发展方式转变期农村职业教育的发展目标，结合新时期社会经济发展对人才需求的新特点，提出当下农村职业教育发展的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, vocational education in our country has developed rapidly. In recent years, with the country paying more and more attention to the construction of new countryside and the issue of "agriculture, countryside and farmers", the rural vocational education has gradually aroused the widespread concern and attention of academic circles and social circles. The Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China has formulated an important policy on changing the mode of development of our national economy. China's economic and social development has entered a new period, industrialization has entered a new stage, industrial structure adjustment and urbanization have been accelerated. As a combination of education and economy, rural vocational education can effectively increase the employment rate, promote the transfer of surplus labor force, provide human support, and have the most close and direct relationship with economic development in the whole society. Strengthening the research of rural vocational education is beneficial to the development of rural vocational education. However, compared with other forms of education, there are fewer papers and monographs on rural vocational education. Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, China's rural vocational education has undergone different development and reform in different historical periods. It is of great significance for the development of rural vocational education under the current economic situation to study the development and changes of rural vocational education in China. By combing the development and changes of rural vocational education since the founding of New China, this paper analyzes and summarizes the relationship between the development of rural vocational education and the development of social economy. According to the development strategy and running mode of rural vocational education in different historical stages, this paper summarizes its characteristics, combines with the social and economic development situation in the new period, and reunderstands the connotation of rural vocational education. To the present rural vocational education development to provide the countermeasure suggestion. The thesis is divided into four parts, first reviewing the development of rural vocational education since the founding of the people's Republic of China, summing up the experience and inspiration, and then analyzing the development objectives of rural vocational education during the transformation period of the current economic development mode. Combined with the new characteristics of the social and economic development in the new period, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of rural vocational education.
