校企文化融通视域下高职院校校园文化建设的研究

【摘要】:近年来,高等职业教育规模与速度得到迅猛发展的同时,其人才培养质量却令人担忧。其输出的人才和企业的需求存在一定的差距,部分用人单位抱怨绝大多数高职毕业生难以适应企业文化,存在着“排异反应”。这其中有学校的不重视、教学的忽视以及学生整体素质不高等方面的原因,其中校园文化未充分发挥其影响力是重要原因之一。高职院校与企业存在着天然的联系,在校企合作的不断深化中,高职院校必须思考如何在校企文化融通下建设有自身特色的校园文化以提高学生的综合职业素质和“零距离”就业能力。然而,目前高职院校基于校企文化融通的校园文化建设存在很多问题,这在一定程度上会影响学生综合职业素质的培养以及学校核心竞争力的提升。 笔者以“校企文化融通视域下高职院校校园文化建设现状”为主题,对湖南省部分高职院校的学生、教师及领导进行了问卷调查和访谈,通过对调查结果的分析,总结了融通视域下校园文化建设中存在的问题,并探索了产生这些问题的原因,在此基础上提出了融通视域下校园文化建设的建议。在以后的写作中,校企文化融通视域将简称为融通视域。 本文共分为四个部分。第一部分介绍问题的提出、研究意义,综述了有关该问题研究的现状,对相关概念进行了界定;第二部分根据调查结果,分析并总结融通视域下高职院校校园文化建设内容、过程及人员参与中存在的问题;第三部分,分析导致校园文化建设产生这些问题的原因;第四部分提出校企文化全面、全程、全员融通,推动校园文化建设的建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the scale and speed of higher vocational education have developed rapidly, but the quality of talent training is worrying. There is a certain gap between the talent output and the demand of the enterprise. Some employers complain that the vast majority of graduates in higher vocational education are difficult to adapt to the corporate culture, and there is a "rejection reaction". There are some reasons such as the neglect of school, the neglect of teaching and the low overall quality of students, among which the influence of campus culture is one of the important reasons. There is a natural relationship between higher vocational colleges and enterprises, and in the process of deepening the cooperation between colleges and enterprises, In order to improve students' comprehensive professional quality and "zero distance" employment ability, higher vocational colleges must consider how to construct campus culture with their own characteristics under the combination of university and enterprise culture. However, at present, there are many problems in the construction of campus culture based on the integration of enterprise culture in higher vocational colleges, which to some extent will affect the cultivation of students' comprehensive professional quality and the promotion of the core competitiveness of the school. Based on the theme of "the current situation of campus culture construction in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of corporate culture fusion", the author conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews with the students, teachers and leaders of some higher vocational colleges in Hunan Province, and analyzed the results of the survey. This paper summarizes the problems existing in the construction of campus culture from the perspective of fusion, probes into the causes of these problems, and puts forward some suggestions for the construction of campus culture from the perspective of fusion. In the later writing, the school-enterprise culture fusion field will be referred to as the fusion horizon. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part introduces the question, the significance of the research, summarizes the current situation of the research, defines the related concepts; the second part, according to the survey results, analyzes and summarizes the content of campus culture construction in the perspective of higher vocational colleges. The third part analyzes the causes of these problems in the construction of campus culture; the fourth part puts forward the suggestions of comprehensive, all-process, all-staff integration and promotion of campus culture construction.
