高职院校绩效工资制度改革的实践与探索——以广东某职业学院为例

【摘要】:深化收入分配制度改革,清理和规范津贴补贴分配办法,建立有效的激励机制,对促进高职院校各项事业的全面发展,具有十分重要的意义。广东省各高职院校在探索建立绩效优先、优绩优酬的绩效工资分配实施方案方面进行了大胆和积极有效的探索,取得了一定的成绩,具有较大的实用价值。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance to deepen the reform of income distribution system, to clean up and standardize the distribution of subsidies, and to establish an effective incentive mechanism to promote the overall development of various undertakings in higher vocational colleges. Each higher vocational college in Guangdong province has carried on the bold and active and effective exploration in the aspect of exploring and establishing the implementation scheme of the performance salary distribution of the performance priority and the excellent achievement and excellent pay, has obtained the certain achievement, has the great practical value.
