我国高职建筑工程技术专业校企合作实践的研究

【摘要】:目前,我国正在步入城市化加速发展阶段,社会对工程建设服务的需求旺盛,对建筑工程人才的需求增大。高职建筑工程技术专业培养的应用型技能人才变得紧俏。校企合作是高等职业教育人才培养的基本途径。 本论文从校企合作的内涵和必要性研究入手,介绍我国高职院校建筑工程技术专业的教育概况,在威斯康星思想、产学合作论、效能理论、系统论等校企合作理论依据的基础上,借鉴德国、美国、英国、澳大利亚等发达国家校企合作、工学交替的成功经验,以我国高职建筑工程技术专业校企合作的运行机制为出发点,从办学模式、课程设置、师资建设、实训基地等四个方面分析现阶段我国高职建筑工程技术专业校企合作教育的应用与实践。 本论文以浙江建设职业技术学院校企合作为案例说明校企合作产生的合作成效,从校企合作的投入、过程、产出三个方面对校企合作的成效进行评估。影响校企合作的因素分为外部环境影响因素和内部机制影响因素。外部环境主要是政府部门制定的相关政策;内部机制包括驱动机制、沟通机制和分配机制等。通过形成多方利益共同体、完善政府保障体系、成立监督管理组织、共同开发专业课程、建立“双师型”师资队伍和建立科技实训基地等六条有效途径可以发展与提升我国高职建筑工程技术专业的校企合作成效。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is stepping into the accelerated development stage of urbanization. The demand for engineering construction services is exuberant, and the demand for construction engineering talents is increasing. The applied skilled personnel trained in the construction engineering technology major in higher vocational colleges become more and more popular. The cooperation between school and enterprise is the basic way to cultivate talents in higher vocational education. Starting with the research on the connotation and necessity of school-enterprise cooperation, this paper introduces the general situation of education of architectural engineering and technology major in higher vocational colleges in our country, the theory of cooperation in Wisconsin, the theory of cooperation between industry and school, and the theory of efficiency. On the basis of the system theory and other theories of cooperation between schools and enterprises, and drawing lessons from the successful experiences of the cooperation between schools and enterprises in developed countries such as Germany, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, etc., Starting from the operational mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation in construction engineering and technology major in higher vocational education in our country, from the mode of running a school, the curriculum design, the construction of teachers, This paper analyzes the application and practice of school-enterprise cooperation education in construction engineering and technology major of higher vocational education in our country. This paper takes the cooperation between school and enterprise of Zhejiang Construction Vocational and Technical College as a case to illustrate the effect of cooperation between school and enterprise, and evaluates the effectiveness of cooperation from three aspects: input, process and output of cooperation between school and enterprise. The factors that affect the cooperation between schools and enterprises are divided into external environmental factors and internal mechanism factors. The external environment is mainly made by the government, and the internal mechanism includes driving mechanism, communication mechanism and distribution mechanism. Through the formation of a multi-interest community, the improvement of the government security system, the establishment of supervision and management organizations, and the joint development of specialized courses, There are six effective ways to develop and promote the cooperation between colleges and enterprises in the construction engineering and technology major of higher vocational education in our country, such as establishing "double qualified" teachers and establishing scientific and technological training base.
