德国高等职业教育发展研究及对我国高职校企合作的启示

【摘要】：高等职业教育是既高等教育的一部分，也是职业教育的重要构成。它既是与经济、社会结合得最为紧密的高等教育，也是职业教育的高等阶段。随着经济和产业技术的发展，高等职业教育因其培养目标的职业性和教学内容的实践性而获得社会的支持与认可，大力发展高等职业教育是发达国家和地区近几十年来经济起飞的重要条件。说起高等职业教育的水平，就当前国际范围来说，莫过于德国。德国的高职教育起始于20世纪60年代末70年代初，虽只有40多年的历史，却在德国历史发展过程中发挥了巨大作用，并成为当代世界职业教育发展的榜样。究其原因，最重要的一点是校企合作贯穿其高等职业教育的全过程。坚持以服务为宗旨，以就业为导向，走产学研全方位合作的校企合作道路，是促进我国高等职业教育又好又快发展的重要途径。经过近十年的发展，我国高等职业教育获得了较大发展，取得了一定的成就，但是在校企合作方面还存在许多问题，严重地制约了我国高等职业教育的健康发展。因此，，本文首先对德国高等职业教育的发展历程、法律体系、实施机构、教学模式、质量保障体系等方面进行梳理研究，然后对当前我国高等职业教育在校企合作中存在的问题进行分析归纳，最后借鉴德国高等职业教育的先进经验，为我国高等职业教育校企合作提出了发展建议，希望能够为我国高等职业教育的发展提供帮助。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational education is not only a part of higher education, but also an important component of vocational education. It is not only the most closely related higher education with economy and society, but also the higher stage of vocational education. With the development of economy and industry technology, higher vocational education has been supported and recognized by the society because of its vocational aim and practical teaching content. Vigorously developing higher vocational education is an important condition for economic take-off in developed countries and regions in recent decades. Speaking of the level of higher vocational education, in terms of the current international scope, than Germany. Higher vocational education in Germany began in the late 1960s and early 1970s. Although it has only a history of more than 40 years, it has played a great role in the development of German history and has become an example of the development of vocational education in the contemporary world. The most important point is that the cooperation between school and enterprise runs through the whole process of higher vocational education. It is an important way to promote the good and fast development of higher vocational education in our country to adhere to the service as the purpose, to take the employment as the guidance, and to take the comprehensive cooperation of production, education and research as the way of cooperation between schools and enterprises. After nearly ten years of development, higher vocational education in China has made great progress and made certain achievements. However, there are still many problems in the cooperation between schools and enterprises, which seriously restrict the healthy development of higher vocational education in China. Therefore, in this paper, the development of higher vocational education in Germany, the legal system, the implementation of institutions, teaching models, quality assurance system and other aspects of the research, Then it analyzes and sums up the problems existing in the cooperation between schools and enterprises in China's higher vocational education, and finally draws lessons from the advanced experience of higher vocational education in Germany, and puts forward some suggestions for the development of the cooperation between schools and enterprises in higher vocational education in our country. Hope to provide help for the development of higher vocational education in our country.
