新加坡高职院校优化学生学习体验的经验与启示

【摘要】:学习体验是学习经验、学习意义生成的主要基础。我国高职院校在教学改革过程中,对于重视学生学习体验以及基于此的教师教学素养提升和学习环境建设等方面有待进一步加强。新加坡高职院校在教学理念、教师培养、学习组织形式及学习环境建设等领域进行富有成效的探索,积累有益的经验,对我国高职院校优化学生学习体验、提高教学质量具有借鉴价值。
[Abstract]:Learning experience is the main foundation of learning experience and learning meaning. In the course of teaching reform in higher vocational colleges in our country, it is necessary to further strengthen the emphasis on students' learning experience, the improvement of teachers' teaching accomplishment and the construction of learning environment based on this. Singapore higher vocational colleges have carried out fruitful exploration in the fields of teaching concept, teacher training, learning organization form and learning environment construction, and accumulated beneficial experience to optimize students' learning experience for our country's higher vocational colleges. It is valuable to improve teaching quality.
