武汉职业技术学院毕业生就业对策研究

【摘要】:近年来,我国高等职业技术教育(以下简称高职教育)发展很快,高职院校规模不断扩大,高职教育已经占据了高等教育的半壁江山,但仍存在诸多深层次问题亟待解决,高职院校毕业生就业问题就是其中之一。 作为国家重点建设示范性高职院校的武汉职业技术学院,近年来毕业生就业问题也日益凸显。本文对该校2009至2011共三届毕业生就业状况展开抽样问卷调查,通过统计分析,发现其毕业生就业存在七个方面的问题:1.师资数量不足、质量参差不齐;2.实训基地建设滞后;3.就业指导与服务不得力;4.毕业生综合素质与能力不高;5.人才培养质量社会满意度不高;6.就业稳定性差、期望值过高;7.毕业生就业层次低。在概述各类问题的基础上,从不同角度分析了其成因,包括:师资队伍和实训基地建设无法满足教学需要;就业指导与服务难以适应毕业生的现实要求;学生综合素质与能力的培养被忽视;人才培养模式改革滞后于市场的发展;社会风气浮躁拉高了毕业生的就业期望;财政经费投入不足制约着毕业生质量的提高;办学层次低削弱了毕业生的竞争优势等。最后,结合调查问卷反馈的信息和笔者的实践,提出了解决该校毕业生就业问题的对策,包括:加强师资队伍建设,提高教育教学水平;重视实训基地建设,强化职业技能训练;完善就业指导,增强服务意识;推进职业素质教育,提升学生综合能力水平;深化人才培养模式改革,打造鲜明的办学特色;加大投入力度,保障高职教育发展;突破政策壁垒,提升办学层次。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's higher vocational and technical education (hereinafter referred to as higher vocational education) has developed rapidly, the scale of higher vocational colleges has been expanding, higher vocational education has occupied half of the higher education, but there are still many deep-seated problems to be solved. The employment of graduates in higher vocational colleges is one of them. Wuhan Vocational and Technical College, which is the national key construction model vocational college, in recent years, the employment problem of graduates is also increasingly prominent. This paper carries out a sampling questionnaire survey on the employment status of the graduates from 2009 to 2011, and finds out that there are seven problems in the employment of the graduates: 1. The quantity of teachers is insufficient and the quality is uneven. The construction of practical training base lags behind; 3. Employment guidance and service is not effective; 4. The comprehensive quality and ability of graduates are not high; 5. The quality of talent training is not high social satisfaction; 6. The employment stability is poor, the expectation value is too high; Graduates have a low level of employment. On the basis of summarizing all kinds of problems, this paper analyzes the causes from different angles, including: the construction of teaching staff and practical training base can not meet the teaching needs, the employment guidance and service is difficult to meet the practical requirements of graduates; The cultivation of students' comprehensive quality and ability is neglected; the reform of talent training mode lags behind the development of the market; the social atmosphere impetuously raises the graduates' employment expectation; the insufficient financial investment restricts the improvement of the graduates' quality; The low level of running a school weakens the competitive advantage of the graduates. Finally, according to the questionnaire feedback information and the author's practice, the author puts forward the countermeasures to solve the employment problem of graduates, including: strengthening the construction of teachers, improving the level of education and teaching; Pay attention to the construction of practical training base, strengthen vocational skill training, perfect employment guidance, strengthen service consciousness, promote vocational quality education, improve students' comprehensive ability level, deepen the reform of talent training mode, and create distinctive characteristics of running a school. Increase investment to ensure the development of higher vocational education, break through policy barriers, improve the level of running schools.
