工业视域的高职教育适应供给侧结构性改革路径探索

【摘要】：在供给侧结构性改革背景下,研究高职教育满足工业经济转型和内涵式增长对技术技能人才诉求的路径具有现实意义。通过研究工业综合生产率、劳动生产率及行业发展与技术技能人才供给的匹配现状与问题,提出从有效劳动力供给入手,建立专业人才培养、行业人才需求、学习者抉择取向互动机制,增加有效劳动力直接和间接供给,促进技术技能人才有效配置是高职教育适应供给侧结构性改革、对接工业发展的有效路径。
[Abstract]:Under the background of supply-side structural reform, it is of practical significance to study the path of higher vocational education to meet the demands of industrial economic transformation and implied growth. Based on the study of the current situation and problems of industrial comprehensive productivity, labor productivity, industry development and the supply of technical and skilled personnel, this paper puts forward that starting from the supply of effective labor force, we should set up the training of professional talents and the demand of professional talents. The interactive mechanism of learners' choice orientation, the increase of direct and indirect supply of effective labor force, and the effective allocation of technical skill talents are the effective paths for higher vocational education to adapt to the supply-side structural reform and to link up with the industrial development.
