广州民办高职院校学生事务管理问题及对策研究

【摘要】：随着市场经济体制的建立和高等教育体制的改革，我国高等教育飞速发展，民办高职教育在社会经济的前行中也迎来了快速发展的新时期。学生事务管理是民办高职学校管理工作中的一个重要组成部分，目前我国还没有真正形成系统的理论和科学管理模式。民办高职院校不断地发展壮大，教育对象、社会形势发生了变化，90后大学生的新特点、民办高职教育自身的特殊性，这些都给民办高职的管理带来了很多的问题，民办高职学生事务管理的成效也会直接影响到学校的声誉和学生的利益。广州作为广东省政治、经济、文化和教育中心，其社会、经济发展需要大量年轻且有实用技术的人才，在这类人才的培养上面，高职院校具有独特的优势。而学生事务管理是高职院校生存和发展的基础，学生事务管理工作还直接影响着高职院校培养人才的质量。我们应该重视当前高职院校学生事务管理面临的机遇和挑战，针对存在问题进行深入探究，并提出解决问题的有效对策。文章通过文献分析法、比较研究法、问卷调查法、数据分析法等，对国内外学生事务管理经验以及相关理论进行分析和比较，针对广州民办高职院校学生事务管理中存在的问题进行探析。同时借鉴国内外学生事务管理经验，根据自身的特点，开展新型的独具特色和有效的广州民办高职院校学生事务管理，提出几点解决广州民办高职院校学生事务管理中存在问题的对策。并且希望引起更多的专家学者、政府部门给予民办高职院校更多的关注与支持，，使民办高职院校更健康、更好地发展。
[Abstract]:With the establishment of the market economy system and the reform of the higher education system, the higher education of our country is developing rapidly, and the private higher vocational education has also ushered in a new period of rapid development in the course of the social economy. Student affairs management is an important part in the management of private higher vocational schools. At present, there is no systematic theory and scientific management mode in our country. Private higher vocational colleges are constantly developing and expanding, the educational objects and social situation have changed, the new characteristics of post-90s college students and the particularity of private higher vocational education itself have brought a lot of problems to the management of private higher vocational education. The effectiveness of student affairs management in private vocational colleges will also directly affect the reputation of the school and the interests of the students. Guangzhou, as the political, economic, cultural and educational center of Guangdong Province, needs a large number of young and practical talents for its social and economic development. Student affairs management is the basis for the survival and development of higher vocational colleges, and student affairs management directly affects the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges. We should pay attention to the opportunities and challenges faced by students' affairs management in higher vocational colleges, probe into the existing problems, and put forward effective countermeasures to solve the problems. Through the methods of literature analysis, comparative research, questionnaire survey, data analysis and so on, this paper analyzes and compares the experience and relevant theories of student affairs management at home and abroad. This paper analyzes the problems in student affairs management of private vocational colleges in Guangzhou. At the same time, drawing lessons from the experience of student affairs management at home and abroad, and according to its own characteristics, it develops new and effective student affairs management in private vocational colleges in Guangzhou. This paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems in student affairs management of private vocational colleges in Guangzhou. And hope to cause more experts and scholars, government departments to private vocational colleges more attention and support, so that private vocational colleges more healthy, better development.
