高职院校大学生就业服务体系建设研究

【摘要】：随着高职院校招生政策放开，高等教育规模的迅速增长，就业市场竞争越来越激烈，我国高职院校毕业生就业难的问题，逐渐成为一个社会性的热点问题。而高职教育作为高等教育大众化的产物，无论是办学实力还是社会认可度均无法与普通高职院校相媲美，高职生的就业形势更加严峻。造成高职毕业生就业难的原因是多种多样的，有我国经济发展模式的问题，有学校培养方式的问题，也有毕业生个人的问题。解决这一影响到社会主义经济建设和和谐社会构建的社会性问题，不仅需要政府制定一系列保障大学生就业的政策措施，更需要各大高职院校构建起有效、专业的大学生就业指导服务体系，帮助大学毕业生顺利、充分地就业。笔者通过对宁波卫生职业技术学院就业服务体系现状及问题进行分析，发现目前存在的问题有：就业指导服务理念较为滞后、服务队伍力量薄弱，服务内容不完善，服务机制不健全等问题。因此笔者提出从明确大学生就业服务政府责任、完善大学生就业服务观念体系、创新就业指导工作的内容和方法、加强就业形势与政策分析、建立就业服务跟踪体系，，进一步完善高职毕业生就业服务体系建设，促进高职毕业生的满意就业。
[Abstract]:With the opening of enrollment policy in higher vocational colleges, the rapid growth of higher education scale, and the increasingly fierce competition in the employment market, the problem of employment difficulties for graduates of higher vocational colleges in China has gradually become a social hot issue. As a result of the popularization of higher education, higher vocational education can not be compared with ordinary higher vocational colleges in terms of strength of running schools or social recognition, and the employment situation of higher vocational students is even more severe. There are many reasons for the difficulty of obtaining employment for the graduates in higher vocational colleges. There are the problems of the economic development mode of our country, the way of school training, and the problems of the graduates themselves. To solve this social problem, which affects the construction of socialist economy and harmonious society, it is not only necessary for the government to formulate a series of policies and measures to ensure the employment of college students, but also for the construction of various higher vocational colleges to be effective. Professional employment guidance service system for college students to help college graduates smooth, full employment. By analyzing the present situation and problems of employment service system in Ningbo Medical Vocational and Technical College, the author finds that the present problems are: employment guidance service concept is lagging behind, service team is weak, service content is not perfect. The service mechanism is not perfect and so on. Therefore, the author puts forward that the government responsibility for employment service for college students should be clarified, the concept system of employment service for college students should be perfected, the contents and methods of employment guidance should be innovated, the analysis of employment situation and policy should be strengthened, and the tracking system of employment service should be established. Further improve the construction of employment service system for higher vocational graduates and promote their satisfactory employment.
