重庆市企业办技工学校发展现状与对策研究

【摘要】：建国60多年来，技工学校作为我国职业技术教育的重要组成部分和职业培训工作的主体力量，一直承担着培养具备专业技术工人的神圣职责和使命，并取得了显著的成绩，被誉为“我国技术工人的摇篮”。随着经济社会的快速发展，重庆市部分企业办技工学校经过不断调整、改革和建设，已发展成为区域性技工教育的龙头。不过也有很多企业办技工学校受制于管理体制、资金投入机制、办学模式等问题，使得办学发展艰难，需要进一步探索适宜的发展道路。本文以探索企业办技工学校科学发展为目标，以重庆市企业办技工学校为研究对象，首先在对企业办技工学校的历史背景及其发展历程进行全面梳理的基础上，从中提炼出企业办技工学校的办学特色；其次，结合经济社会发展变更的实际，对重庆市企业办技工学校的发展现状及其存在的问题做了系统深入的分析；最后，从加强政府支持力度、提升技工学校管理质量等层面提出了促进企业办技工学校科学发展的对策建议。从结构安排来看，本文主要分为以下几个部分：第一部分主要对本文的研究背景、研究的目与意义、研究的主要内容、研究方法和国内外研究现状进行阐述。着重分析企业办技工学校顺应我国逐步发展的步伐而产生，是人才培养渠道的重要组成部分，从国内国外两方面在管理和解决企业办技工学校的发展面临的诸多问题上的不同和差距，提出本文的研究意义；第二部分主要回顾从国内到重庆本地，技工学校创立的历史背景及发展历程，重点介绍我市目前企业办技工学校的发展成效；第三部分从企业办技工学校办学特色、学校实践的角度出发，用实际数据进行研究，对企业办技工学校的特色和优势进行总结，提炼出目前我市企业办技工学校的发展现状和存在的问题；第四部分则针对重庆企业办技工学校的发展的现状提出对策，分别从政府和学校自身两个方面进行阐述，试图通过从重视程度、政策支持、分类指导等方面给予我市企业办技工校一个发展的良好社会氛围，，从校企合作、企业参与、师资队伍、教学质量等方面进行强化，使企业办技工学校得到更好发展。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of the people's Republic of China more than 60 years ago, as an important part of vocational and technical education and the main force of vocational training in our country, technical schools have been shouldering the sacred duty and mission of training professional and technical workers, and have made remarkable achievements. Known as the "cradle of skilled workers in China". With the rapid development of economy and society, some enterprises in Chongqing have been adjusting, reforming and constructing the technical schools, which have developed into the leading role of regional craftsmen education. However, there are also many enterprises run technical schools subject to the management system, capital investment mechanism, school model and other problems, making the development of schools difficult, need to further explore the appropriate way of development. This paper aims at exploring the scientific development of the technical schools run by enterprises, and taking the enterprises run technical schools in Chongqing as the research object, firstly, on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the historical background and the development process of the technical schools run by enterprises. From the extraction of the enterprise set up the characteristics of technical schools; Secondly, combined with the reality of the change of economic and social development, this paper makes a systematic and in-depth analysis of the development status and existing problems of the enterprises' technical schools in Chongqing. Finally, from the aspects of strengthening the government support and improving the management quality of the technical schools, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the scientific development of the technical schools run by enterprises. From the point of view of structure arrangement, this paper is mainly divided into the following parts: the first part mainly describes the research background, the purpose and significance of the study, the main contents of the research, the research methods and the current research situation at home and abroad. It is an important part of talent training channel to analyze emphatically that enterprises run technical schools to conform to the step of our country's gradual development. From the two aspects of domestic and foreign in the management and solution of the development of technical schools in enterprises faced with many problems and gaps, put forward the significance of this study; The second part mainly reviews the historical background and development course of the establishment of the technical school from China to Chongqing, and focuses on the development effect of the enterprise run the technical school in our city at present. In the third part, the characteristics and advantages of the technical schools are summarized from the point of view of the school practice and the actual data. Abstract the present development status and existing problems of the technical schools run by enterprises in our city; The fourth part puts forward countermeasures to the development of Chongqing enterprise technical schools, respectively from the government and the school itself two aspects, trying to from the level of attention, policy support, The classification guidance gives a good social atmosphere for the development of the technical school for enterprises in our city. It strengthens the cooperation between the school and the enterprise, the participation of the enterprise, the teaching staff, and the teaching quality, so as to make the enterprise run the technical school to get a better development.
