情感性道德教育在中职学校实施的问题与对策

【摘要】:德育工作是中等职业学校教育教学环节中的重要组成部分,关系到学生整体素质的提升,而道德情感教育在其中又占据着重要地位。目前中职学校过于注重学生专业知识学习和专业技能的培养,忽视学生道德情感培育,导致学生道德行为缺失。文章在简要阐述情感性道德教育内涵的基础上,分析了中职学校道德教育存在的主要问题,并提出了重视加强学校德育教育、构建和谐校园环境、提高教师队伍素质、培养学生自信心与自我教育能力等有利于中职学校实施情感性道德教育的建议和策略。
[Abstract]:Moral education is an important part of secondary vocational school education and teaching, which is related to the improvement of students' overall quality, and moral and emotional education plays an important role in it. At present, secondary vocational schools pay too much attention to the study of students' professional knowledge and the cultivation of professional skills, ignoring the cultivation of students' moral emotion, which leads to the lack of students' moral behavior. On the basis of briefly expounding the connotation of emotional moral education, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in moral education in secondary vocational schools, and puts forward that we should pay attention to strengthening moral education in schools, construct a harmonious campus environment, and improve the quality of teachers. Cultivating students' self-confidence and self-education ability is beneficial to the implementation of emotional moral education in secondary vocational schools.
