企业参与职业教育的动机偏好及政策效度的实证研究

【摘要】:本文通过构建多元线性回归模型,以机械行业企业参与职业教育的数据,分析企业参与职业教育的动机偏好、政府政策作用机制与政策效度。实证研究结果表明:我国企业参与职业教育具有成本偏好和技能偏好,两者之间存在负的交互作用。政府政策对于企业参与职业教育的技能偏好有正向促进作用,却对成本偏好有负的调节作用。从政策效果看,政府政策对成本偏好性的企业的政策效果要好于技术偏好性的政策效果,显示出明显的成本补偿性的政策倾向。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of enterprise participation in vocational education in mechanical industry, this paper analyzes the motivation preference, government policy mechanism and policy validity of enterprises participating in vocational education by building a multivariate linear regression model. The empirical results show that Chinese enterprises' participation in vocational education has cost preference and skill preference, and there is a negative interaction between them. Government policy has a positive effect on the skill preference of enterprises to participate in vocational education, but it has a negative effect on the adjustment of cost preference. From the point of view of policy effect, the policy effect of government policy on enterprises with cost preference is better than that of technology preference, showing obvious policy tendency of cost compensation.
