天津市中等职业教育校企合作发展研究

【摘要】:职业教育校企合作是一项涉及政府、社会、企业和学校的一个复杂系统工程。校企合作就是充分地将企业的资源融入到学校的教学之中,由学校和企业共同地培养具备高素质技能的人才。校企合作是职业教育的一个基本特征,是国内外职业院校办学的主要模式。我国职业教育校企合作研究起步较晚,,现状并不是很乐观。总的来说就是在校企合作实施的过程中,出现了职业院校积极性较高,而企业的积极性却不是很高。弄清楚此问题的根源所在,提出一些具有理论与实际意义的建议是亟待解决的问题。 本文通过对天津市中等职业教育开展校企合作实际情况的了解,总结出天津市校企合作所存在的问题:1.企业对校企合作的漠视;2.中职生在招聘的过程之中不受重视;3.学生德育与职业道德素质偏低;4.中等职业院校受到高等职业院校的挤压;5.中等职业院校教学中存在一些问题。天津市中等职业学校开展校企合作的主要模式有:工学交替、二加一、订单式和集团办学等四种模式,这些模式都体现出了一些共同的特征。 针对以上所提出的问题,从政府、企业和学校三个方面分别给出了校企合作发展的建议: 在政府层面:1.政府完善相关的政策体系,增强在合作中的指导作用;2.为校企合作平台的建立创造积极的条件;3.进一步加大校企合作的资金投入;4.进一步加强对校企合作的宣传。 在学校层面:1.中等职业学校专业设置与师资队伍的建设;2.学校应该与企业共建校内外实习基地;3.中等职业学校教学方式的转变,提高教学质量。 在企业层面:1.企业要参与中等职业学校的教学;2.企业与学校联合建立实习基地;3.企业应该下订单解决就业。
[Abstract]:School-enterprise cooperation in vocational education is a complex systematic project involving government, society, enterprises and schools. The cooperation of school and enterprise is to integrate the resources of the enterprise into the teaching of the school, and to train the talents with high quality and skill together by the school and the enterprise. School-enterprise cooperation is a basic feature of vocational education and the main mode of running vocational colleges and universities at home and abroad. The research of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education in China started late, the present situation is not very optimistic. Generally speaking, in the process of implementing the cooperation between school and enterprise, the enthusiasm of vocational colleges is high, but the enthusiasm of enterprises is not very high. It is urgent to find out the root of the problem and put forward some theoretical and practical suggestions. Based on the understanding of the actual situation of the cooperation between schools and enterprises in secondary vocational education in Tianjin, this paper summarizes the problems existing in the cooperation between schools and enterprises in Tianjin: 1. Enterprises ignore the cooperation between schools and enterprises; 2. Secondary vocational students in the recruitment process is not taken seriously; 3. The moral education and professional ethics of students are on the low side; 4. Secondary vocational colleges and universities are squeezed by higher vocational colleges; There are some problems in the teaching of secondary vocational colleges. The main modes of cooperation between schools and enterprises in secondary vocational schools in Tianjin are as follows: alternating work and learning, two plus one, ordering and group running, all of which embody some common characteristics. In view of the above questions, the author gives some suggestions on the development of cooperation between school and enterprise from three aspects of government, enterprise and school: 1.The government consummates the relevant policy system and strengthens the guiding role in the cooperation; 2. To create positive conditions for the establishment of the cooperation platform for schools and enterprises; 3. To further increase the investment of funds for cooperation between schools and enterprises; 4. To further strengthen the publicity of cooperation between schools and enterprises. At the school level: 1. The secondary vocational school specialized establishment and the teacher troop construction; 2. The school should work with the enterprise to build the school inside and outside the practice base; 3. The secondary vocational school teaching way transformation, enhances the teaching quality. At the enterprise level: 1. Enterprises should participate in the teaching of secondary vocational schools; 2. Enterprises and schools should establish joint practice base; 3. Enterprises should place orders to solve employment.
