安徽民办高职院校管理机制研究

【摘要】:民办高职院校的蓬勃发展对于当今社会有着重要的意义。民办高职院校在我国经过十几年的发展,在一系列管理改革中也取得了一些发展和成效,但由于我国民办高职院校发展的历程较短而缺少经验,导致民办高职院校在管理方面存在不少问题,如办学主体混杂,部分民办高职院校,未能充分考虑办学条件,盲目开办高职课程,而大部分的私立中专也在试图设立高职教育;招生规模无计划的扩大,但入学率偏低,生源质量越来越差,导致毕业生就业困难;办学质量参差不齐,导致高职教育特色不足;育人模式定位不准,将学生培养成低标准技能型人才,或将学生培养成学术型人才;盲目追求高层次的课程设置,简单套用或模仿普通高校专业设置标准,专业设置与市场需求的吻合度不高;部分高职院校错误坚持因师资条件、学校设备情况设置专业,未能根据社会调整专业:甚至还存在部分高职院校专业设置类似于中等职业学校,达不到高职教育的基本要求。另外,在民办高职院校师资管理上,诸如职称评定与聘用、年终考核制度、和教职工常规管理上普遍缺乏民办高职院校教育管理的特色。为了民办高职院校自身管理改革的需要以及满足我国对高质量实用型人才的迫切需求,亟需从民办高职院校管理机制入手,探索正确的、符合民办高职院校发展的管理机制。 本文首先阐述了论文的研究背景、选题意义与目的、研究综述、内容框架、研究方法和研究思路。从投入机制、内部运行机制、监督保障机制、人才培养机制、补偿机制等几个方面对民办高职院校管理机制进行理论概述。接着以安徽省民办高职院校现状和成就为基础,讨论安徽省民办高职院校管理机制存在问题与原因,最后对完善安徽省民办高职院校管理机制提出建议。
[Abstract]:The vigorous development of private higher vocational colleges is of great significance to the society today. After more than ten years' development in our country, private higher vocational colleges have also made some progress and achievements in a series of management reforms. However, due to the short history of the development of private vocational colleges in China, they lack experience. As a result, there are many problems in the management of private vocational colleges, such as the mixed main body of running a school, some private higher vocational colleges fail to give full consideration to the conditions of running a higher vocational school and blindly offer higher vocational courses, and most private technical secondary schools are also trying to set up higher vocational education; The enlargement of enrollment scale is not planned, but the enrollment rate is on the low side, and the quality of students is getting worse and worse, which leads to the difficulty of obtaining employment for graduates, the uneven quality of running schools, and the shortage of the characteristics of higher vocational education. The orientation of the education mode is not correct, the students are trained into low-standard skilled talents, or the students are trained into academic talents; Blind pursuit of high level curriculum, simple application or imitation of the standard of professional setting in colleges and universities, the degree of conformity between professional setting and market demand is not high; Some higher vocational colleges mistakenly insist on setting up specialty because of teachers' condition, and fail to adjust the specialty according to the society. Even there are some higher vocational colleges with specialties similar to secondary vocational schools, which can not meet the basic requirements of higher vocational education. In addition, in the management of teachers in private higher vocational colleges, such as the evaluation and employment of professional titles, the year-end assessment system, and the general management of teaching staff, there is a general lack of the characteristics of educational management in private vocational colleges. In order to meet the needs of the management reform of private higher vocational colleges and meet the urgent needs of high quality and practical talents in our country, it is urgent to explore the correct management mechanism in line with the development of private higher vocational colleges from the management mechanism of private vocational colleges. This paper first describes the research background, significance and purpose, research review, content framework, research methods and research ideas. This paper summarizes the management mechanism of private higher vocational colleges from the aspects of input mechanism, internal operation mechanism, supervision and security mechanism, talent training mechanism, compensation mechanism and so on. Then based on the current situation and achievements of the private vocational colleges in Anhui Province, the problems and reasons of the management mechanism of the private vocational colleges in Anhui Province are discussed. Finally, suggestions are put forward to improve the management mechanism of the private vocational colleges in Anhui Province.
