对兰州市某职业中学主题班会课的实证研究
[Abstract]:The "thematic class meeting" is a public space formed by the school class. In this space, the students and teachers take language as the intermediary and the communication as the core, and take the students as the topic to carry out "public communication" in pursuit of mutual understanding and mutual identity. In order to achieve the goal of education. Through the analysis and study of Class meeting, this paper further analyzes the predicament of Class meeting at present. Subject class meetings should be activities of enrichment, equality, two-way communication, and concern for the all-round development of students. However, under the influence of technical rationality, the subject class meeting has only become a position of achievement and class standards, and as a result, the class will become "single." "pattern", fixed in a pattern, only pursues achievement and assessment. Based on the reflection of the lack of research in the past and the analysis of the existing research, the class meeting class is regarded as a "text", which starts with the rich and colorful class meeting courses of the students, and is related to the functions of "school culture", "class management" and "class teacher work". Through the microcosmic analysis of the reason behind the phenomenon, this paper reveals the formation mechanism and mechanism behind the knowledge of mutual "game". So as to the class culture; The school culture is rebuilt to make the class meeting class of students coruscate the activities it should have, so that the class meeting course construction becomes the new position of the ideological education work of the secondary vocational school, strengthens the class meeting lesson education effect, coruscates the class meeting class to become the opportunity activity. Therefore, it is necessary to overcome the discipline and discipline of school management, class management, subject class meeting, change the fixed mode of theme class meeting, and create rich content theme class meeting and class culture. Finally, let the students become humanities literacy and professional literacy with a comprehensive development of students. The theme class meeting should return to the students' life world, understand the students, respect the students, and only when the life returns to education can the real class management be realized. Love students with true feelings, create a platform for communication between teachers and students, let students grow happily in the position of theme class meeting, and lead class culture construction and school culture construction by the advanced concept of school. So that vocational students in the humanities and professional technology two aspects of common development, and finally achieve 100% talent, 100% employment.
