论职业教育人的社会化功能及其实现

【摘要】：正邓宏宝在《职教论坛》2015年第15期撰文,指出了职业教育人的社会化功能是培养具有时代素养的职业人,并分析了此定位的依据,最后提出了实现的途径。作者认为职业教育的结构与属性和社会及学生对职业教育的相关需求是确定职业教育的社会功能的两个基本依据。首先就职业教育的结构而言其培养目标具有明确的定向性,其教育内容具有鲜
[Abstract]:Deng Hongbao, writing in the 15th issue of Vocational Education Forum in 2015, pointed out that the socialized function of vocational education personnel is to cultivate professional people with the age accomplishment, and analyzed the basis of this orientation, and finally put forward the way to realize it. The author thinks that the structure and attribute of vocational education and the demand of society and students for vocational education are two basic bases for determining the social function of vocational education. First of all, the structure of vocational education has a clear orientation of its training objectives, and its educational content is fresh.
