高职护生职业素养现状与培育策略研究
[Abstract]:With the development of society and nursing, the people's demands on nursing quality are higher and higher. Therefore, it is an urgent task to improve the professional quality of nursing staff and meet the urgent needs of the people for quality nursing service. In this study, literature analysis, questionnaire survey and interview were used to study nursing students, nursing teachers and clinical practice teachers in Guangzhou Vocational and Technical College of Health. This paper studies the connotation and structure of vocational quality of nursing students in higher vocational colleges, probes into the present situation of professional literacy of nursing students in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward the cultivation strategies of vocational literacy of nursing students in higher vocational colleges which accord with the goal of vocational education of nursing major in our country and meet the needs of the public. The nursing students' professional accomplishment in higher vocational colleges is the comprehensive quality and self-cultivation, including vocational skills, which must be possessed by the nursing practitioners who develop and perfect continuously in the nursing profession. Three dimensions of professional ethics and professional consciousness. The result of this study shows that higher vocational nursing students have a higher level of cognition of professional accomplishment, but the practical level needs to be further improved. It is shown as follows: in professional ethics, we should cultivate the spirit of being cautious and independent and practice the spirit of dedication, and in vocational skills, we should have solid professional skills and develop comprehensive skills. In terms of professional awareness, we need to enhance the sense of cooperation, physical and mental quality and humanistic care spirit. Based on the research results, this paper puts forward some strategies to cultivate the vocational quality of nursing students, including (1) developing nursing skill competition, volunteer service activities, career planning contest and so on, so as to improve the practical level of professional ethics; (2) strengthening the construction of practical training sites to strengthen the professional skills of nursing students, (3) strengthening the comprehensive vocational skills of nursing students, self-learning ability and communication skills, and enhancing the comprehensive skills of nursing students; (4) based on humanistic care spirit and mental health education, nursing students' good professional consciousness should be cultivated.
