产教融合背景下高职教育培养技术技能人才的困境与路径

【摘要】:产教融合是指产业和职业教育融为一体,职业院校和行业企业共同承担技术技能人才培养的责任,发挥育人双主体作用,提高高职院校人才培养质量和企业生产效益。目前,产教融合背景下技术技能人才培养面临政策机制不健全、企业参与育人的主体地位缺失、高职院校服务行业企业的能力尚待提升等困境,可以从宏观、中观、微观三个层面制定策略,即完善组织管理与制度体系、探索"政-企-行-校"多元合作办学模式、联合企业共建"三层次-递进式"实践教学体系等措施促进技术技能人才培养。
[Abstract]:The integration of industry and vocational education is the combination of industry and vocational education. Vocational colleges and enterprises are jointly responsible for the cultivation of technical and technical talents, play a dual role of educating people, and improve the quality of personnel training and the production efficiency of enterprises in higher vocational colleges. At present, under the background of the integration of industry and education, the cultivation of technical skill talents is faced with the difficulties of imperfect policy mechanism, the lack of the main position of enterprises participating in educating people, the ability of service industry enterprises in higher vocational colleges to be improved, and so on. At the micro level, we should formulate strategies, that is, perfect the system of organizational management and system, and explore the multi-cooperation mode of "political-enterprise-business-school". The practice teaching system of "three-level-progressive" is set up in the joint enterprise to promote the cultivation of technical skill talents.
