基于辅导员职业能力标准的高职院校辅导员培训模式探析

【摘要】：《高等学校辅导员职业能力标准(暂行)》等一系列关乎大学生思想政治教育的纲领性文件促使高职院校把握住辅导员队伍的政策导向,也对在高职生培育过程中发挥重要作用的辅导员提出更高的职业能力要求,内容完善、形式多样、科学合理的辅导员培训模式是推进辅导员队伍建设、提升辅导员职业能力的重要手段。本文通过分析高职院校辅导员培训过程中存在的问题和《能力标准》对高职院校辅导员培训的启示,着重阐述了由构建目标、开展形式、实施项目、内容模块等要素共同构成的高职院校辅导员培训模式。
[Abstract]:A series of programmatic documents related to the ideological and political education of college students, such as the Standards of Professional competence of College counselors (temporary), etc., urge higher vocational colleges to grasp the policy guidance of counselors. It also puts forward higher vocational ability requirements for counselors who play an important role in the training process of higher vocational college students. The scientific and reasonable training mode of counselors is to promote the construction of counselors' team. The important means to improve the professional ability of counselors. By analyzing the problems existing in the training process of counselors in higher vocational colleges and the enlightenment of ability standards to the training of counselors in higher vocational colleges, this paper emphasizes on the construction of objectives, forms of development, and implementation of projects. The training mode of counselors in higher vocational colleges is composed of elements such as content module.
