高职院校大学生就业思想动态调查研究

【摘要】：学生在面临就业困难的现实状况,他们的思想状况如何不仅对今后个人的发展乃至整个社会的发展产生重要的影响。通过对毕业生就业思想的抽样调查,及时、客观了解他们的就业心态、述求等。再对结果调查结果进行分析探讨,提出可行性建议和策略,以期为思想政治教育、就业、人才培养方案制定、专业建设及课程设置提供参考与借鉴。
[Abstract]:Students are faced with employment difficulties in the reality, how their ideological situation not only for the future personal development and even the development of society as a whole has an important impact. Through the sampling survey of graduates' employment thoughts, timely and objective understanding of their employment mentality, and so on. Then the results of the investigation are analyzed and discussed, and some feasible suggestions and strategies are put forward in order to provide reference for ideological and political education, employment, the formulation of talent training scheme, professional construction and curriculum design.
