完善高职院校行政管理人员绩效考评体系的建议

【摘要】:目前,高职院校行政管理人员绩效考评体系建设相对于教师绩效考评工作依然比较滞后,而对行政人员的绩效管理会直接影响到高职院校的整体管理水平,因此,高职院校未来改革与发展的一个重要课题就是如何不断加强和完善高职院校行政人员绩效考评体系。本文旨在通过分析我国高职院校行政管理人员绩效考评中存在的问题,探讨如何完善高职院校行政管理人员绩效考评体系,进而建立更加科学、完善、合理、高效的绩效考评体系,真正发挥绩效考评的激励、导向作用,实现学校与在校员工的共同发展。
[Abstract]:At present, the construction of performance appraisal system of administrative staff in higher vocational colleges is still lagging behind the work of teacher performance appraisal, and the performance management of administrative personnel will directly affect the overall management level of higher vocational colleges. An important subject for the future reform and development of higher vocational colleges is how to continuously strengthen and perfect the performance appraisal system of administrative personnel in higher vocational colleges. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the problems existing in the performance appraisal of administrative personnel in higher vocational colleges, and to discuss how to perfect the performance appraisal system of administrators in higher vocational colleges, and then to establish a more scientific, perfect and reasonable system. An efficient performance appraisal system can give full play to the motivation and guidance of performance appraisal, and realize the common development of school and staff.
