我国高职学生职业生涯规划教育研究

【摘要】：本文通过问卷调查、查找文献资料、进行个别访谈等方法，对我国高职学生职业生涯规划教育进行全方位的研究。阐述了选题的背景和意义，并对国内外研究现状进行述评，确定本文的内容；定厘和阐释职业生涯规划相关概念，规范本文研究对象，介绍职业生涯规划教育的基本理论依据，并对思想政治教育相关知识进行阐述，构建本文的理论基础；对部分高职院校学生职业规划现状进行问卷调查，分析调查数据及相关文献资料，总结我国高职学生职业生涯规划教育现状及高职院校职业生涯规划教育存在的问题；以问卷调查为基础，从高职学生自身素质、高职职业生涯规划教育现状及高职职业生涯规划教育受重视程度三个方面对高职职业生涯规划教育存在的问题进行成因分析。针对现状和问题，本文提出完善高职学生职业生涯规划教育的对策。强调发挥思想政治教育在高职学生的职业生涯规划教育中的作用，帮助高职学生树立正确的职业价值观、良好的职业素养、崇高的职业理想及社会责任感；构建高职院校职业生涯规划类课程体系，丰富和完善我国高职院校职业生涯规划教育的课程；拓展高职学校职业生涯规划教育的实施途径，，为我国高职学生职业生涯规划教育全面护航。通过本文的研究，探索社会主义核心价值体系背景下的高职学生职业生涯规教育的方法，构建具有实效性、针对性、可行性的高职学生职业生涯规划教育类课程体系，探寻出高职学生职业生涯规划教育的新途径，为我国高职院校职业生涯规划教育提供了参考，具有一定的实践性和可操作性。
[Abstract]:By means of questionnaire, literature and individual interviews, this paper makes a comprehensive study on the career planning education of vocational college students in China. This paper expounds the background and significance of the topic, reviews the current research situation at home and abroad, and determines the content of this paper. Define and explain the relevant concepts of career planning, standardize the research object of this article, introduce the basic theoretical basis of career planning education, and explain the relevant knowledge of ideological and political education, and construct the theoretical basis of this paper; This paper makes a questionnaire survey on the status quo of vocational planning of students in some higher vocational colleges, analyzes the survey data and related documents, and summarizes the present situation of career planning education for students in higher vocational colleges and the problems existing in the education of career planning in higher vocational colleges. Based on the questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the causes of the problems in higher vocational career planning education from three aspects: the quality of students themselves, the present situation of vocational career planning education and the degree of attention paid to higher vocational career planning education. In view of the present situation and problems, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to perfect the career planning education of higher vocational students. It is emphasized that ideological and political education plays an important role in the career planning of higher vocational students and helps them to set up correct professional values, good professional accomplishment, lofty professional ideal and social responsibility. Constructing the curriculum system of career planning in higher vocational colleges to enrich and perfect the curriculum of career planning education in higher vocational colleges in China; To expand the implementation of career planning education in higher vocational schools, and to protect the career planning education of higher vocational students in our country. Through the research of this paper, this paper explores the methods of vocational career planning education for higher vocational students under the background of socialist core value system, and constructs a practical, targeted and feasible curriculum system for higher vocational students' career planning education. This paper explores a new way of career planning education for higher vocational students, which provides a reference for career planning education in higher vocational colleges in China, and has certain practicality and maneuverability.
