职业教育精准扶贫的SWOT分析及其策略探究

【摘要】：教育作为"智扶"的重要手段,是打赢攻坚脱贫战的"内生力量",是阻断贫困代际传递的有效路径,是消弭"依赖性"贫困的根本出路。职业教育见效快、针对性强,是促进就业和消除贫困最有效且直接的手段。运用SWOT分析方法,在理论和实证研究中全面解读职业教育精准扶贫过程中的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,提出益于职业教育精准扶贫的恰切策略。
[Abstract]:As an important means of "wisdom support", education is the "endogenous force" to win the battle against poverty, the effective way to block the intergenerational transmission of poverty, and the fundamental way out to eliminate the "dependent" poverty. Vocational education is the most effective and direct means to promote employment and eliminate poverty. By using the SWOT analysis method, this paper comprehensively interprets the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats in the process of precision poverty alleviation in vocational education in both theoretical and empirical studies, and puts forward appropriate strategies that are beneficial to the precision poverty alleviation in vocational education.
