高职生成就目标与职业决策自我效能感之间的关系:社会支持的调节作用

【摘要】：职业决策自我效能感在求职过程中扮演着重要角色,成就动机和社会支持是职业决策自我效能感的两个重要影响因素。然而,在高职生群体中,这3者之间的关系尚不明确。本文使用问卷调查法,结合调节效应分析等统计分析方法对高职生成就目标、社会支持以及职业决策自我效能感3者之间的关系进行研究。结果发现,城市高职生的职业决策自我效能感显著高于农村高职生。高职生的成就目标与职业决策自我效能感之间存在显著正相关,社会支持与成就目标以及职业决策自我效能之间均呈显著正相关。调节效应分析表明,社会支持对高职生成就目标和职业决策自我效能感之间的关系具有调节作用。在对高职生进行职业辅导时,应重视成就目标和职业决策自我效能感的作用。
[Abstract]:Self-efficacy in career decision-making plays an important role in the process of job-hunting, and achievement motivation and social support are two important influencing factors of self-efficacy in career decision-making. However, in the group of higher vocational students, the relationship between these three students is not clear. In this paper, we use the questionnaire method, combined with the adjustment effect analysis and other statistical analysis methods to study the relationship between the goal, social support and self-efficacy of career decision-making in higher vocational education. The results showed that the sense of self-efficacy of urban vocational students was significantly higher than that of rural higher vocational students. There is a significant positive correlation between achievement goals and self-efficacy in career decision-making, and between social support and achievement goals as well as career decision-making self-efficacy. The analysis of adjustment effect shows that social support can regulate the relationship between the goal of higher vocational generation and the sense of self-efficacy in career decision-making. In vocational guidance, we should pay attention to the role of achievement goals and self-efficacy in career decision-making.
