高职院校文化管理的现状、问题和对策研究

【摘要】：在高职院校的管理创新中,文化管理是一个重要的组成部分,成为各个高职院校管理日益重视并亟待加强的薄弱环节。通过对高职院校的走访调查发现,目前高职院校文化管理主要存在文化实施主体不明确,人文素质课程不全面,健康文化活动不丰富的问题。为此,高职院校可以通过明确校长与教师的责任主体角色,加强人文素质课程教育,大力发展学生社团,开展文化活动提高高职院校的文化管理水平。
[Abstract]:In the management innovation of higher vocational colleges, cultural management is an important part, which has become a weak link that each higher vocational college pays more and more attention to and needs to be strengthened. Through the investigation of the higher vocational colleges, it is found that the main problems of cultural management in higher vocational colleges are that the main body of cultural implementation is not clear, the humanistic quality curriculum is not comprehensive, and the healthy cultural activities are not abundant. Therefore, higher vocational colleges can strengthen humanistic quality curriculum education, develop student associations, and develop cultural activities to improve the cultural management level of higher vocational colleges by clarifying the role of principals and teachers as the responsible subject.
