高职院校学生恋爱教育研究

【摘要】:恋爱教育是高校思想政治教育领域的研究热点,是促进高职学生全面发展的重要环节。随着时代进步和社会发展,高职学生恋爱也随之出现许多新情况和新问题,部分高职学生由于心理尚未完全成熟,对爱情的理解不透彻,导致在恋爱中出现不少价值取向扭曲和道德缺失等问题,,严重影响他们的学业和身心健康。因此,恋爱教育已成为高校思想政治教育的重要课题。 本文以多所高职院校为例,采取文献分析、问卷调查、个案分析等多种研究方法综合运用,对高职学生恋爱教育进行阐述。首先,结合实际分析了高职学生恋爱教育研究的现实意义和理论意义,明确提出新时期科学构建高职学生恋爱教育体系的重要性,以及阐述了国内外对于高职学生恋爱教育的相关研究成果。其次,通过对调查问卷的统计分析,剖析了高职学生的恋爱现状,指出了高职学生恋爱的积极方面及误区,同时,从社会环境、学校教育和管理、家庭教育方式以及个体因素四个方面来解析恋爱中存在问题的原因。 最后,笔者针对高职学生恋爱中出现的新问题和新情况,积极探索行之有效的教育方法,加强和引导树立其科学、健康的恋爱理念,对此提出三方面的教育对策:一是健全恋爱教育的原则。首先要确立以人为本的教育理念,注重全面把握学生个性,根据他们的现实需求,对其关注的恋爱问题进行有针对性的教育;其次,要以学生为主体,充分发挥教师的主动性;再次,要把握恋爱教育目的总方向,实现校园内外、课堂内外、教育与咨询等相结合的系统教育模式。二是创新恋爱教育的内容。第一,通过正面疏导,全面加强高职学生的性教育,增强其性道德意识;第二,从恋爱目的、恋爱动机、恋爱道德、责任教育四个方面进行恋爱教育;第三,加强失恋教育,学校家庭需给予积极关注和引导,及时化解学生失恋的消极情绪;第四,教会高职学生正确处理恋爱与学业、爱情与友情之间的关系。三是整合各种教育的力量。第一,要以课堂教学为主阵地,让学生在潜移默化中接受恋爱教育;第二,依托同辈群体,发挥同伴的榜样教育作用,使恋爱教育达到事半功倍的效果;第三,加强心理咨询,针对具体的某个恋爱问题,开展相应的团体心理辅导,引导学生主动把正确的恋爱态度内化为自己的道德理念;第四,借助网络平台,利用网络私密性、便捷性、覆盖面广等特点,全方位的开展恋爱教育,大大提高其时效性。第五,健全管理机制,不断强化学校监管的力度。
[Abstract]:Love education is a research hotspot in the field of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and an important link to promote the all-round development of higher vocational students. With the progress of the times and the development of the society, there are many new situations and problems in love among the students in higher vocational colleges. Some students in higher vocational colleges do not have a thorough understanding of love because their psychology is not yet fully mature. As a result, there are many problems in love, such as distortion of value orientation and lack of morality, which seriously affect their study and physical and mental health. Therefore, love education has become an important subject of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This article takes many higher vocational colleges as an example, takes the literature analysis, the questionnaire survey, the individual case analysis and so on many kinds of research methods synthetically uses, carries on the elaboration to the higher vocational college student love education. First of all, it analyzes the practical and theoretical significance of the research on the love education of higher vocational students, and points out the importance of constructing the love education system of higher vocational students scientifically in the new period. And elaborated at home and abroad for the higher vocational students love education related research results. Secondly, through the statistical analysis of the questionnaire, this paper analyzes the current situation of higher vocational students' love, points out the positive aspects and misunderstandings of higher vocational students' love, at the same time, from the social environment, school education and management, Family education and individual factors to analyze the causes of problems in love. Finally, aiming at the new problems and new situations in the love of higher vocational college students, the author actively explores effective educational methods, and strengthens and guides the establishment of their scientific and healthy love concept. Three aspects of educational countermeasures are put forward: one is to perfect the principles of love education. First of all, we should establish the educational concept of "people-oriented", pay attention to the students' personality in an all-round way, and carry out targeted education on the love problems they pay close attention to according to their realistic needs; secondly, we should take the students as the main body, give full play to the teachers' initiative; Thirdly, we should grasp the general goal of love education, and realize the system education mode of the combination of campus and outside, classroom, education and consultation. The second is to innovate the content of love education. First, strengthen the sex education of higher vocational students in an all-round way, strengthen their sexual moral consciousness through positive guidance; second, carry on love education from four aspects: love purpose, love motive, love morality, responsibility education; Third, strengthen the lovelorn education, the school family needs to give active attention and guidance, timely resolve the negative feelings of students lovelorn; fourth, teach vocational students to correctly handle the relationship between love and study, love and friendship. Third, the integration of various educational forces. First, we should take the classroom teaching as the main position, let the students accept love education in the imperceptible way, second, rely on the peer group, give play to the role of peer model education, so that love education can achieve twice the result with half the effort. Third, strengthen the psychological consultation, in view of a specific love problem, carry out the corresponding group psychological counseling, guide students to internalize the correct love attitude into their own moral concept; Fourth, with the help of the network platform, the use of network privacy, convenience, wide coverage and other characteristics, all-around love education, greatly improve its timeliness. Fifth, improve the management mechanism and constantly strengthen the strength of school supervision.
