工学结合背景下的高职学生管理

【摘要】：工学结合模式的广泛应用,给高职学生管理带来了一定的影响。文章针对工学结合背景下高职学生管理存在的问题,提出了相应的优化路径,具体包括:明确校企双方管理责任,完善激励机制;强化实训三方管理意识,共建管理平台;科学制订工学结合计划,平衡各方利益。
[Abstract]:The extensive application of the mode of combination of work and study has brought certain influence to the management of higher vocational students. In view of the problems existing in the management of higher vocational students under the background of combination of work and learning, this paper puts forward the corresponding optimization path, including: clarifying the management responsibility of both the school and the enterprise, perfecting the incentive mechanism, strengthening the management consciousness of the three parties of practical training, and building the management platform together; Make scientific plans for the combination of work and study to balance the interests of all parties.
