论职业教育第三方评价机制的构建及实施

【摘要】：正刘瑞芳在《职业教育研究》2017年第3期中撰文,介绍了职业教育第三方评价机制的基本构想,分析了职业教育第三方评价机制的运行阻碍,提出了职业教育第三方评价机制的实施保障。作者首先介绍职业教育第三方评价机制的基本构想分为三个部分:1.职业教育第三方评价机制的主体结构,包括职业院校、教育行政部门、第三方评价机构以及企业,并在其中扮演着不同的角色;2.职业教育第三方评价机制的运行动力,主要包括市场需求和市场利益的驱使,其中市场需求又包括职业院校发展需求、企业选拔人才需求以及政府监督管理需求;3.职业教育第三方评价机制的制度安
[Abstract]:Liu Ruifang, who wrote in the third term of Vocational Education Research in 2017, introduced the basic conception of the third-party evaluation mechanism of vocational education, and analyzed the operational obstacles of the third-party evaluation mechanism of vocational education.
