BSְҵѧԺŮÐÔÔ±¹¤µÄ¼¤ÀøÑо¿
[Abstract]:More than a hundred years after the feminist movement, the concept of "equality between men and women" has been widely recognized in the world, and the social and family status of women has been improved in an all-round way. Reasonable human resources development and management require that the human resources within the enterprise should be in a reasonable proportion in terms of age, specialty, specialty and so on, and at the same time form a balanced and complementary structure between men and women as far as possible in terms of gender. In addition, the complementary advantages of women and men can also optimize the allocation of human resources to a large extent. This paper first analyzes the present situation and particularity of female employees in BS Vocational College: then expounds the present situation and existing problems of BS Vocational College incentive, and puts forward the scheme of optimizing the incentive mechanism of female employees in BS Vocational College. That is, to analyze the common values and cultural and spiritual atmosphere of BS vocational college, and to promote personification incentive according to the specific environment. We need to emphasize to improve the ability of motivation to adapt to the environment, to improve and promote the ability of self-improvement, to stimulate the autonomy and enthusiasm of female employees through spiritual and emotional care for individuals, and to improve the relationship between employees and their organizations and leaders. Effectively improve management efficiency and human resource utilization, and finally put forward the relevant programs and promote the implementation. Through the motivation research of female employees, this paper points out the shortcomings of the current incentive research, that is, the shortcomings of the research on female employees, and then analyzes the characteristics of female employees, and finally the ways to motivate female employees. Methods and countermeasures were studied to encourage managers to make use of the motivation of female employees to influence the motivation of female employees, to change the current situation of organizational incentive to female employees, to improve the incentive mechanism of the organization to employees, and to make positive contributions to human resource management.
