高职财经院校通识教育中存在的问题及对策分析

【摘要】:“通识教育”,是英文"general education"的译名,是指将受教育者作为一个具有主体性的、完整的人而施以全面的教育,旨在促进学生道德、智力、身心的和谐发展。 通识教育是人类历史上对高等教育有着重大影响的一种教育思想和实践,随着科技的发展,社会需求的变化以及高等教育改革和大学生素质教育的推进,通识教育已成为我国高等教育改革与发展中的一个热点问题。 作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分之一,高等财经职业教育既具有高等教育的性质,又体现了职业教育的主要特征,其培养目标应定位于以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向,面向社会,面向市场,培养社会需要的、可持续发展的高技能型人才。但是目前社会上对高职财经教育的认识已发生了偏离,他们简单地认为高职财经教育就是单纯的财经专业职业培训,是专门为社会和市场培养合格财经技术人才的教育。于是,在现代高等财经职业教育中,热衷的是专业划分越来越细的职业技能教育,实用主义和功利主义盛行,一定程度上忽略了人文素养、价值观、道德品质等方面的培养和教育。在这种形势下所培养出来的高职财经学生知识面狭窄、缺乏综合能力、强调物质享受、缺乏理想和远大的人生目标等等。 本文将以高职财经院校为对象,通过参阅大量通识教育与专业教育研究的文献资料,借鉴众多同行、学者对高职财经专业教学的研究,并进行对比研究,从加强通识教育的必要性出发,如现代知识经济时代的需要,高职财经专业特定的培养目标的需要,紧密结合高职财经专业的特点,针对高职财经专业通识教育中存在的问题,从而找出加强高职财经专业通识教育的对策,如1.提高高职财经专业师生对通识教育理念的认识;2.加强高职财经专业通识课程体系建设;3.建立健全符合通识教育要求的教学管理制度;4.改善教学方法,提高教学质量;5.加强隐性课程对学生的环境教育影响;6.构建高职财经专业通识教育师资队伍等六个方面,来达到通识教育与高职财经专业教育的紧密结合。
[Abstract]:"General education" is the translation name of English "general education". It refers to the comprehensive education of the educated as a subjective and complete person, aiming at promoting the harmonious development of students' morality, intelligence and body and mind. General education is a kind of educational thought and practice which has great influence on higher education in human history. With the development of science and technology, the change of social demand, the reform of higher education and the promotion of quality education of college students, general education has become a hot issue in the reform and development of higher education in our country. As one of the important components of higher education in our country, higher financial and economic vocational education not only has the nature of higher education, but also embodies the main characteristics of vocational education. Its training goal should be oriented to service, employment-oriented, society-oriented, market-oriented, and cultivate highly skilled talents who are needed by the society and can develop sustainably. However, at present, the understanding of higher vocational finance and economics education has deviated from each other. They simply think that higher vocational education is a simple vocational training of finance and economics specialty, and it is a special education to train qualified financial and technical talents for the society and the market. Therefore, in modern higher finance and economics vocational education, what we are keen on is vocational skill education, which is divided into more and more fine specialties. Pragmatism and utilitarianism prevail, to a certain extent, ignore the cultivation and education of humanistic literacy, values, moral quality and so on. Under this situation, the students of higher vocational finance and economics have narrow knowledge, lack of comprehensive ability, emphasis on material enjoyment, lack of ideal and ambitious life goals, and so on. This paper will take higher vocational finance and economics colleges as the object, by referring to a large number of literature and materials of general education and professional education research, drawing lessons from many peers, scholars' research on the teaching of finance and economics major in higher vocational education, and making a comparative study, starting from the necessity of strengthening general education, such as the needs of the times of modern knowledge economy and the needs of specific training objectives of higher vocational finance and economics majors, closely combining the characteristics of higher vocational finance and economics majors. In view of the problems existing in the general education of finance and economics major in higher vocational education, this paper finds out the countermeasures for strengthening the general education of finance and economics major in higher vocational education, such as. To improve the understanding of the concept of general education among teachers and students majoring in finance and economics in higher vocational education; 2. Strengthen the construction of general curriculum system of finance and economics major in higher vocational education; 3. Establish and improve the teaching management system in line with the requirements of general education; 4. Improve teaching methods and improve teaching quality. Strengthen the impact of hidden curriculum on students' environmental education; 6. In order to achieve the close combination of general education and financial education in higher vocational education, six aspects, such as the teaching staff of general education of finance and economics major in higher vocational education, are constructed to achieve the close combination of general education and financial education in higher vocational education.
