迈尔斯-布里格斯类型指标及其在高职课堂教学中的应用

【摘要】:迈尔斯-布里格斯类型指标(Myers-Briggs Type Indicator,简称MBTI)是人的性格分类的一种方法,其理论基础是瑞士心理分析家C.G.Jung创立的荣格人格分析心理学理论。笔者以迈尔斯-布里格斯类型指标个性分类为基础,首先分析了当前高职教育教学的特点和存在的问题;其次展示了不同个性特征的高职学生在课堂中的表现,这些表现导致了多元化课堂的产生;最后探讨了在高职教育中实施多元化课堂的措施和对策,从而营造一个有利于学生学习和职业培养的教学环境,真正提高高职教育教学的效能。
[Abstract]:Myers-Briggs Type Indicator,-Briggs type index (MBTI) is a method of human personality classification, which is based on Jung Personality Analysis Psychology Theory founded by Swiss psychoanalyst C.G.Jung. Based on the personality classification of Miles-Briggs type index, the author first analyzes the characteristics and existing problems of the current higher vocational education teaching, secondly, shows the performance of higher vocational students with different personality characteristics in the classroom, which leads to the emergence of diversified classroom. Finally, this paper probes into the measures and countermeasures of implementing diversified classroom in higher vocational education, so as to create a teaching environment conducive to students' learning and vocational training, and truly improve the teaching efficiency of higher vocational education.
