网络文化环境下高职院校思政工作对策研究

【摘要】：网络文化是建立在计算机网络信息技术基础上的一种文化，随着互联网的普及，网络文化对大学生的思想观点、行为模式、价值取向、心理发展等各方面的影响也越来越大。网络文化在给高职思想政治教育带来机遇的同时，也使教育工作面临严峻挑战。然而，面对新形势、新任务、新挑战，高职院校思想政治教育工作仍存在不少薄弱环节，工作方法、途径、机制等诸多方面有待进一步提高和完善，实效性有待进一步增强。如何充分利用好互联网，积极面对网络文化环境给高职院校思想政治工作带来的机遇和挑战，是摆在高职院校思想政治教育工作者面前亟待研究和解决的课题。本文就如何做好网络文化环境下高职院校思政教育工作，结合现状，联系自身工作与学习实际，从五个方面展开论述：第一，互联网的创新与网络文化的含义、功能及发展。第二，高等职业教育的产生、发展及在校学生群体的特点。第三，网络文化环境下高职院校思政工作现状调查。第四，网络文化对高职思政工作的影响。第五，加强网络文化环境下高职思想政治教育工作的思考及对策。上述第一部分主要阐述互联网的创新与网络文化的含义、功能及发展，有助于我们了解与掌握新形势下思想政治教育工作的背景与环境。第二部分梳理高等职业教育产生与发展的历史背景，对其在校学生群体的特点进行分析，掌握思政教育工作对象的特点，为更有效果做好思政工作，增强思政工作实效性，打下基础。第三部分通过调查实证剖析当前高职院校思政教育工作的现状，引导人们深层次地思考解决办法和改善途径。第四部分通过辩证的分析网络文化对高职思想政治教育工作的影响，指出网络文化对高职思政工作带来的挑战，包括舆论导向控制能力、思政工作者能力素质、大学生行为方式等，明确网络文化带给高职思政工作的机遇，主要有适应“工学结合”模式、增强教育吸引力及突破时空界限，实现思政教育社会化等。第五部分以当前高职院校所处网络文化环境为背景，结合相关理论，联系工作实际，分别从高职院校思想政治教育的目标、内容、理念、途径、方法、机制、平台等方面出发，采取多载体、多渠道、多方式，尝试性提出一些针对性对策，抓住机遇、迎接挑战，以提高高职院校思想政治教育工作质量，，增加工作实效性，为培养更多的合格的社会主义高素质技能型人才作出有益的探索。

[Abstract]:Network culture is a kind of culture based on computer network information technology. with the popularization of Internet, network culture has more and more influence on college students' ideological point of view, behavior mode, value orientation, psychological development and so on. Network culture not only brings opportunities to higher vocational ideological and political education, but also makes education work face severe challenges. However, in the face of the new situation, new tasks and new challenges, there are still many weak links in the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, working methods, ways, mechanisms and many other aspects need to be further improved and improved, and the effectiveness needs to be further enhanced. How to make full use of the Internet and actively face the opportunities and challenges brought by the network cultural environment to the ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges is a subject that needs to be studied and solved urgently in front of the ideological and political education workers in higher vocational colleges. This paper discusses how to do a good job of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges under the environment of network culture, combined with the present situation, connecting with its own work and learning practice, from five aspects: first, the meaning, function and development of Internet innovation and network culture. Second, the emergence and development of higher vocational education and the characteristics of the group of students in school. Third, the investigation of the present situation of ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges under the environment of network culture. Fourth, the influence of network culture on ideological and political work in higher vocational education. Fifth, strengthen the thinking and countermeasures of ideological and political education in higher vocational education under the environment of network culture. The first part mainly expounds the meaning, function and development of Internet innovation and network culture, which is helpful for us to understand and master the background and environment of ideological and political education under the new situation. The second part combs the historical background of the emergence and development of higher vocational education, analyzes the characteristics of the group of students in school, grasps the characteristics of the objects of ideological and political education, and lays the foundation for doing a good job of ideological and political work and enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political work. The third part analyzes the current situation of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges through investigation and empirical analysis, and guides people to think deeply about solutions and ways to improve them. The fourth part analyzes the influence of network culture on ideological and political education in higher vocational education dialectically, points out the challenges brought by network culture to ideological and political work in higher vocational education, including the ability of public opinion oriented control, the ability quality of ideological and political workers, the behavior mode of college students, etc., and clarifies the opportunities brought by network culture to ideological and political work in higher vocational education, mainly adapts to the mode of "combination of work and study", enhances the attraction of education and breaks through the boundaries of time and space. Realize the socialization of ideological and political education, etc. The fifth part takes the current network culture environment of higher vocational colleges as the background, unifies the relevant theory, unifies the work practice, respectively from the higher vocational college ideological and political education goal, the content, the idea, the way, the method, the mechanism, the platform and so on, adopts the multi-carrier, the multi-channel, the multi-way, attempts to put forward some targeted countermeasures, grasps the opportunity, meets the challenge, in order to improve the higher vocational college ideological and political education work quality, Increase the effectiveness of the work, for the training of more qualified socialist high-quality skilled personnel to make a useful exploration.
