高职生顶岗实习效果模糊综合评价模型的构建研究

【摘要】：顶岗实习是高职人才培养必不可少的教学环节,建立科学有效的顶岗实习质量评价体系,对于保证实习质量,提升人才培养水平具有重要意义。本文从高职顶岗实习效果评价现状入手,分析了运用模糊综合评价法对高职生顶岗实习效果进行评价的可行性,并阐述了采用模糊综合评价法对顶岗实习效果进行评价的方法和步骤。
[Abstract]:The post-job practice is an essential teaching link in the training of higher vocational talents, and the establishment of a scientific and effective quality evaluation system of the top-post practice is of great significance to guarantee the quality of the practice and to improve the level of personnel training. In this paper, the feasibility of applying the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to the evaluation of the effect of the post-job practice is analyzed, and the method and the steps for evaluating the effect of the post-job practice by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are analyzed.
