技能形成的身体社会学分析——一个初步的框架

【摘要】:技能的形成几乎必然涉及到学习者对身体的运用,然而过往的研究较少关注职业教育中的身体维度,而身体社会学的理论则能揭示出一些过去关于职业教育及技能学习的难以发现的现实。在身体研究的诸多理论之中,福柯关于权力关系对身体的控制和干预的论述对于分析劳动中的身体及技能形成非常有用。不同种类的工作中劳动者运用和支配身体方式存在明显的差异,且这些差异受到对应工作场所的权力关系的影响。在学校场域中,身体则常常被忽略和边缘化。从身体社会学的视角看,技能形成系统的最重要的问题在于:身体由谁支配?技能习得的过程中受到哪些社会参与者的影响?他们争夺身体支配权的博弈的规则是什么?其背后的权力关系是怎样?
[Abstract]:The formation of skills almost necessarily involves learners' use of the body. However, previous studies have paid less attention to the physical dimension of vocational education, and the theory of physical sociology can reveal some difficult realities about vocational education and skill learning in the past. Among many theories of body research, Foucault's discussion on the control and intervention of power relationship on the body is very useful for analyzing the formation of body and skills in labor. There are obvious differences in the way workers use and dominate the body in different kinds of work, and these differences are affected by the power relationship in the corresponding workplace. In the school field, the body is often ignored and marginalized. From the perspective of physical sociology, the most important question of skill formation system is: who dominates the body? What social participants are affected in the process of skill acquisition? What are the rules of their game for physical control? What is the power relationship behind it?
