高职电工技能实训教学方法思考与实践

【摘要】:围绕"电工技能实训"教学目标,合理科学地进行各教学环节设计,充分调动学生参与的积极性,学生通过一个个技能点的掌握,使学生在学习过程中有获得感,大大激发了学生学习的兴趣。在实践环节中导入任务指导书和"6S"现场管理体系,全面提升学生的电工操作职业能力和素养,以适应实际工作岗位的需要。
[Abstract]:Around the teaching goal of "Electrical skills training", the design of each teaching link is carried out reasonably and scientifically, and the enthusiasm of students to participate is fully aroused. Through the mastery of one skill point, the students have a sense of achievement in the process of learning, which greatly stimulates the students' interest in learning. In order to meet the needs of the actual work position, the task instruction and the "6S" field management system are introduced in the practice link to improve the students' professional ability and accomplishment of electrician operation in an all-round way.
