【摘要】: 园本教研是幼儿教师专业成长的平台,是实现幼儿教师教育理论向教育实践转化的中介,是促进幼儿教师专业成长的重要途径。如此,探讨分析园本教研是如何有效地促进幼儿教师的专业成长,就成为了学术界研究的一项重大课题。 本文采用观察、访谈等方法进行研究,并以湖南大学南校区幼儿园园本教研的开展为例进行了深入的分析。本文的论述分为三个部分: 第一章为导论。该部分包括问题的提出、相关概念的界定、研究意义、研究综述、研究方案及研究对象的基本情况。通过对所掌握材料的整理和分析,找出学术界有关园本教研促进幼儿教师专业成长方面的研究存在的缺陷。 第二章主要从理论上阐述园本教研是促进幼儿教师专业成长的有效途径。园本教研以幼儿教师为教研主体地位,强调全员、全程参与教研,以此加强幼儿教师之间的合作,促进其专业成长;幼儿教师在以行动研究为主要方式的园本教研中成为自主研究者,通过教学理念的更新、反思能力的提高,实现专业水平质的突破;园本教研共同体的构建、评价目的的确立为幼儿教师的专业成长提供了平台。 第三章为园本教研促进幼儿教师专业成长的个案分析。在真实自然的环境下,通过大量的教学观察和访谈,对湖南大学南校区幼儿园园本教研的开展进行了分析。该园的园本教研,是以个体自我反思、集体同伴互助、研究人员专业引领为基本途径,通过开展学习型园本教研、课例型园本教研、一课多轮式园本教研、研究型园本教研等多样有效的园本教研活动,从而促进幼儿教师更新教学观念、提高教学反思能力、改变教学行为、增强教学研究能力。
[Abstract]:Educationandresearch is the kindergarten teachers' professional development platform, is the intermediary transformation theory of preschool teacher education to realize educational practice, is an important way to promote teachers' professional development. So, analysis of kindergarten based teaching research is how to effectively promote the professional growth of kindergarten teachers, has become a major topic in academic circles.
This paper adopts observation, interview and other methods to carry out research, and takes the development of kindergarten based teaching research in South Campus of Hunan University as an example. This paper is divided into three parts.
The first chapter is introduction. This part includes the definition of related concepts, research significance, research review, the basic situation of research programs and research object. Based on the grasp of the collation and analysis of materials, find out the defects of preschool teachers' professional study into the teaching of the long promote academic on the park.
The second chapter mainly theoretically elaborated the kindergarten based teaching research is an effective way to promote teachers' professional development. Kindergarten Based Teaching for preschool teachers teaching subject status, emphasizing the full, full participation in teaching and research, in order to strengthen the cooperation between teachers, promote their professional growth; preschool teachers in action research as the main mode of educationandresearch as independent researchers, through the renewal of teaching concept, reflection ability, professional level breakthrough; constructing educationandresearch community, established for the purpose of evaluation for preschool teachers' professional development provides a platform.
The third chapter is the analysis of educationandresearch case to promote kindergarten teachers' professional development. In the real natural environment, through observation and interview a lot of teaching, on the South Campus of Hunan University kindergarten based teaching research development were analyzed. The kindergarten based teaching research, is to the individual self reflection, peer group, researchers professional guidance as the basic way of learning through the development of kindergarten based teaching, lesson type educationandresearch lesson, multi wheeled educationandresearch, research educationandresearch various effective educationandresearch activities, so as to promote the teachers to update teaching concepts, improve teaching reflection ability, change the teaching behavior, enhance the ability of teaching research.
