中班幼儿同伴模仿行为研究

【摘要】:本研究把幼儿同伴模仿行为定义为:班级情境下,一个幼儿感知到另一个或多个幼儿的身体动作、言语行为或情绪状态后与自身内在需要相匹配而相应对自身先前行为作出及时或延时的调整改变,导致该幼儿当下行为结果与另一个幼儿的当下行为表现具有一定相似性或者相对性的行为。研究者在南京市的一所公办幼儿园中,选择一个中班的幼儿作为研究对象。以自然观察法形式对中班幼儿同伴之间发生的模仿行为进行观察记录,通过定量描述和定性研究相结合的方式将收集到的案例进行分析整理。研究描述了幼儿模仿者的意图、模仿内容以及被模仿者的特点,揭示了幼儿模仿过程中的情绪变化以及影响情绪变化的相关因素,并根据模仿事件中的参与者、内容和动机维度将幼儿的同伴模仿行为划分为按照参与者不同的两两模仿和多人模仿,按照内容不同的身体模仿、言语模仿和情绪模仿,按照动机不同的趋同性模仿、趋异性模仿、嬉戏模仿、学习性模仿、起哄、无意识模仿。研究得出结论:幼儿同伴模仿行为大多发生在自由活动的情境中;模仿的规模与教师有无在场有着密切的联系;幼儿行动者有无反馈直接影响幼儿同伴模仿行为社会性交往价值的实现;幼儿同伴模范行为事件过程伴随着幼儿明显的情绪变化;幼儿同伴模仿既有积极收获又有消极后果;幼儿的同伴模仿行为与幼儿的创造性的发展可能有一定的相关性。

Conclusions: children imitate behavior occurs mostly in the free activities of the situation; the scale and teachers are the presence of imitation are closely linked; child actors have no direct impact on children's peer feedback imitation of social intercourse to realize the value of the event; peer model behavior process accompanied by emotional changes; the children imitate has both positive and negative after harvest There is a certain correlation between children's peer imitation and young children's creative development.
