【摘要】:正中班开学不久,在年级组开展教研活动时,针对中班幼儿的年龄特点和值日生管理现状,有教师提出开展中班值日生主题活动,针对中班年龄特点探讨如何更好地开展值日生活动,让"值日生制"的推行真正成为促进幼儿共同发展的好机制。于是,在年级组长的带领下,有了以下的实践。一、中班值日生来啦——了解值日生工作内容(一)问题中班幼儿理解能力有限,值日生这一个新名词对于他们来说是陌生的。值日生是什么意思?
