【摘要】:当前我国处于社会转型时期,价值标准的变更影响社会成员的道德认知,幼儿园教师群体亦面临新的价值认知和判断的问题,职业伦理极易发生错位,其结果直接影响幼儿身心健康发展,幼儿园教师专业化发展、专业队伍的声誉,以及学前教育事业的稳定发展。一些西方发达国家通过建立学前教育从业人员职业伦理制度以期从制度层面提升幼儿园教师职业伦理,保障幼儿园教师专业发展。本研究尝试通过文本分析法、文献法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法,从制度设计及其运行机制两条主线揭示已有的幼儿园教师职业伦理制度建设的现实问题并提出思考与建议。 本论文包括四大部分:第一部分重在理论思考,明确幼儿园教师职业伦理制度的基本内涵,阐明该制度的核心要义、内容要点和层次要素,说明建设我国幼儿园教师职业伦理制度的必要性;指出幼儿园教师职业伦理制度建设的基本规范,为制度设计与运行提供一定的原则和方向。第二部分首先从制度本体设计的目标、内容进行分析,揭示我国当前幼儿园教师职业伦理制度本体设计存在的问题;其次从制度运行角度分析,揭示制度主要执行主体与制度目标群体在制度运行中存在的现实问题。究其原因,表现在三个方面;一我国幼儿园教师职业伦理制度本体存在缺陷;二我国幼儿园教师职业伦理制度建设的体系不健全;三我国幼儿园教师职业伦理制度建设环境不佳;对此本研究在最后一部分结合调查以及既有的研究成果,给出两方面的建议:一提升制度本身的专业性和可操作性;二追求制度的可持续发展。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in the social transition period, the change of the value standard affects the social members' moral cognition, the kindergarten teacher group also faces the new value cognition and the judgment question, the profession ethics easily misplaces. The results directly affect the development of children's physical and mental health, the professional development of kindergarten teachers, and the reputation of the professional team. As well as the steady development of preschool education. Some western developed countries through the establishment of pre-school professional ethics system in order to improve the professional ethics of kindergarten teachers from the system level. This study attempts to use text analysis, literature, questionnaire, interview and other research methods to ensure the professional development of kindergarten teachers. From two main lines of system design and operation mechanism, this paper reveals the practical problems in the construction of kindergarten teachers' professional ethics system, and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions. This paper includes four parts: the first part focuses on theoretical thinking, clear the basic connotation of kindergarten teachers' professional ethics system, clarify the core, content and level elements of the system. Explain the necessity of constructing the professional ethics system of kindergarten teachers in our country; The author points out the basic norms of kindergarten teachers' professional ethics system construction and provides certain principles and directions for the system design and operation. The second part first analyzes the objectives and contents of the system ontology design. To reveal the problems existing in the design of professional ethics system of kindergarten teachers in our country; Secondly, from the point of view of system operation, it reveals the practical problems existing in the system operation between the main executive body and the target group of the system. The reasons are shown in three aspects. First, there are defects in the professional ethics system of kindergarten teachers in China; Second, the construction system of professional ethics system of kindergarten teachers in China is not perfect; (3) the construction environment of professional ethics system of kindergarten teachers in China is not good; In the last part of this study, combined with the investigation and the existing research results, two suggestions are given: first, to promote the professionalism and maneuverability of the system itself; Pursue the sustainable development of system.
