【摘要】:绘画是幼儿自我表达的重要方式之一,幼儿通过绘画表达自己的感受、体验、经验、情绪情感等。教师自主支持是对幼儿自主性的支持。2012年颁布的《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》传递了一个重要理念,那就是让幼儿自主学习。已有的研究证明,学生的自主性受到教师的支持,能进一步激发其学习动机和潜能。绘画活动中幼儿的自主学习需要受到教师的支持才能更好地开展。本研究立足实践,通过在幼儿园观察绘画教学活动中教师自主支持行为,进而分析和讨论幼儿园绘画教学活动中教师自主支持行为的现状和特点,得出其影响因素,提出进一步优化教师自主支持行为的建议。本研究的研究方法主要是观察法、访谈法。本研究分为以下几个部分:第一部分:绪论。这部分主要包括研究缘起、相关概念的界定、国内外研究综述以及研究的理论和实践意义。第二部分:研究方案。此部分包括研究目的、研究对象、研究方法及研究工具。第三部分:研究结果与分析。研究者在对本研究收集到的资料统计与分析的基础上,对Z幼儿园绘画教学活动中十种教师自主支持行为的现状进行了分析。并分别对不同年龄班、新手型教师和熟练型教师、不同活动过程中教师的自主支持行为进行了比较。第四部分:讨论。本部分在研究成果的基础上,结合研究者的现场观察和访谈记录,对教师自主支持行为的本土化研究、Z幼儿园绘画教学活动中教师自主支持行为的特点和影响因素进行了讨论。第五部分:结论与建议。本部分研究者就Z幼儿园绘画教学活动中教师自主支持行为存在的问题,对幼儿教师、幼儿园管理者、幼儿家长及政府相关部门提出建议。
[Abstract]:Painting is one of the important ways for children to express themselves. Children express their feelings, experiences and experiences through painting. Emotional and emotional. Teachers' autonomous support is the support for children's autonomy. The guidelines for Children's Learning and Development issued in 2012, issued in 2012, convey an important idea, that is, to let young children learn autonomously. Students' autonomy is supported by teachers, which can further stimulate their learning motivation and potential. In painting activities, children's autonomous learning needs the support of teachers to carry out better. Through observing the teachers' autonomous support behavior in the kindergarten painting teaching activities, and then analyzing and discussing the present situation and characteristics of the teachers' autonomous support behavior in the kindergarten painting teaching activities, the influencing factors are obtained. The research methods of this study are mainly observation method and interview method. This study is divided into the following parts: the first part: introduction. This part mainly includes the origin of the research. The definition of relevant concepts, the theoretical and practical significance of the research at home and abroad. Part two: the research program. This part includes the purpose of the study, the object of the study, Research methods and tools. Part three: research results and analysis. Based on the statistics and analysis of the data collected in this study, This paper analyzes the present situation of ten kinds of teachers' self-supporting behaviors in the drawing teaching activities of Z kindergarten, and analyzes the different age classes, novice teachers and skilled teachers, respectively. This part compares teachers' autonomous support behavior in different activities. Part 4th: discussion. Based on the research results, this part combines the field observation and interview records of the researchers. The characteristics and influencing factors of Teachers' Autonomous support behavior in drawing Teaching activities in Z Kindergarten. Part 5th: conclusions and suggestions. The problems existing in teachers' autonomous support behavior in painting teaching activities, Make suggestions to kindergarten teachers, kindergarten managers, parents and government departments.
