学前教育城乡结对帮扶制度的质性研究——基于B市C区24名幼儿园园长的深度访谈

【摘要】:结对帮扶制度是实现城乡学前教育一体化的重要途径。运用质性分析的方法,探讨C区城乡幼儿园开展结对帮扶活动的动机、主题与形式、效果、影响因素,并结合当前现状提出相关思考与建议如下:转变观念,强化制度建设,让结对帮扶工作成为常态化;注重结对园所之间的匹配性,创新结对帮扶的主题形式;加强质量监管和沟通引导,改善和推动结对帮扶活动中民办园发展弱势;重视公办性质幼儿园与企事业单位、教委之间的合作,促进其师资、管理等问题的解决;强化结对帮扶活动考核评价的针对性和长效性,激励园所参与积极性。
[Abstract]:The twinning help system is an important way to realize the integration of urban and rural preschool education. By using qualitative analysis method, this paper discusses the motivation, theme and form, effect and influencing factors of the twinning help activities in urban and rural kindergartens in C area. Combined with the current situation, the paper puts forward the following relevant thoughts and suggestions: changing ideas, strengthening system construction, making the work of twinning and helping become normal, paying attention to the matching between twinning gardens, innovating the thematic form of twinning and helping; Strengthen the quality supervision and communication guide, improve and promote the development of the weak position in the twinning activities, attach importance to the cooperation between public kindergartens and enterprises and institutions, education committee, promote the solution of problems such as teachers, management and so on; Strengthening the pertinence and long-term effectiveness of the evaluation of paired help activities and encouraging the enthusiasm of the garden.
